We had an early visit to address an on-going issue with our garage door from Michael Ottoman this morning. He is always on top of what is happening when we have had a door that is not working properly and we appreciate his expertise in resolving it quickly. He gave us some good advice for maintenance and resolved the problem and i still got to work on time. Thanks Michael. Good job. !!!!

I could not get out of my garage and Precision responded very quickly to replace springs, and also for a follow-up visit to check balance. Scotty was extremely knowledgeable. He and his partner were very professional and courteous, and I will call them again if needed.

Justin, showed up on time. Did a detailed description of what needed to be done. Plus gave us other options to discuss. Since the opener was over 16 years old, instead of putting a band aid on it we decided to completely replace it. We could not be happier. Justin made this work and decision seamless. I would 100% recommend using Precision. In this day and age when customer service seems to be lacking. Other companies should mimic what Precision does and it would lead to a good deal more business and fully satisfied customers.

From initial contact to the time technician Timothy McRae arrived was about an hour...unbelievably quick. Right from the start Timothy was courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and patiently explained repair options. Once I decided on a best course of action for our needs and budget, he began work. I was pleasantly surprised he had all needed items on board his truck (btw a very professional rig). It quickly became obvious he has in-depth job knowledge and is well trained. There was not a single wasted motion or moment during execution of the repair. His demeanor was professional, extremely pleasant and customer oriented. As I was curious about some of the technical aspects of work performed, he explained and satisfied all curiosities. To top it all off, he performed a thorough explanation of the new system and programmed the exterior wall remote and vehicle remotes within what seemed like seconds. From past experience, it would have taken us several hours and perhaps a few phone call to accomplish. The professionalism of Timothy and quality of work performed exceeded all expectations. From first telephone contact with precision door to job being completed job well done. They actually came out and measured the door unlike the others I contacted. The others just wanted to know size of door by taking my word. At each appointment time the guys called to state that they were in enroute. They all semed to be knowledgeable about their work and friendly. I having limited tools and skills I am more than pleased with job. Maybe I should get an application and become a team player.
