Buyer beware!!! This company came out less than a year ago and managed to sell us a garage rebuild that we spent over $1200 on that was supposed to have a 7 year warranty. I called them today and they said they no longer service our area. How can you sell us an expensive product with a 7 year warranty and then say it’s void less than a year later due to “not serving the area anymore”
Please contact us and and ask to speak with a manger so we can look into this. We are unable to find your name in our system as its listed on this review, so an address or the name the account is under would be helpful. We definitely stand behind our work and any warranties we provide, so there must be a miscommunication at the scheduling department.

Luke arrived on time and in a matter of hours removed two 40-year old doors and installed two new insulated garage doors. After a total debris cleanup, Luke programmed all openers to my personal satisfaction. He was very polite, experienced and customer service oriented. Precision Doors are very fortunate to have this level of committed and dedicated professional on staff. I highly recommend that you call Precision Doors for a new-install estimate or for any of your service or repair needs. Mike Turner

Andy was absolutely awesome! He came in and looked at the door and was able to tell us what was wrong immediately. Unfortunately our garage door opener was also shot due to the spring breaking. He was able to replace it, the spring on our door and the cables in about an hour! I highly recommend Precision Door!!!
