From my first meeting with Andy I knew I would get the help I needed. He was able to keep my door working till I could get the new one. All the staff kept me well informed right up to today when my door was installed. Jonathan & Caleb were right there today & did a great I was impressed with their courtesy & knowledge. I am very pleased with my whole experience. The office was great letting me know I was not forgotten & what was happening. All & all you have a great group of people. I noticed the door would not close the night before. I called to see when someone could look at it. I was on the schedule for the next morning. Richard was out at the house early the next day; diagnosed the problem; and went to work on the issue. He rebuilt the opener. He was very familiar with the unit and in a short time the opener was fixed. Super job. Very friendly. You guys are great. thanks

Rickey Sanchez has turned me into a believer. My garage door only worked when you held the wall control until the door closed. This caused a quality of life issue at the house. I felt Rickey explained how to solve the problem and what to expect when it was fixed. I honestly wanted to avoid replacing the system (the cheap way out) even though I knew the saying, you get what you get what you paid for. I can say certainly having full access to our house has been a welcomed correction. We use the garage more often instead of bypassing the garage door headache most of the time. Thanks Rickey for helping me make the decision that best fit my need. And being the consultant and expert from start to finish. I am excited when I pull up to the house instead of annoyed by a frustrating obstacle. No need to say the rest of the family recognized the benefit. Top marks to Rickey and the Precision team

RICKY SANCHEZ came when our keypad stopped working. I tried to fix it myself without success (but with plenty of frustration!).. Ricky came, changed out the unit in a flash, programmed it for us, tested it, and gave us lots of useful tips about garage door maintenance to extend its life. Great service!

We have used Precision before and were very pleased with the outcome. Saturday was no different. Tim was to come after 4p. He got a job done ahead of time and offered to meet us at 10:30a. He was prompt in arriving, diagnosed the problem in seconds and had the repair done in thirty minutes..on a Saturday. Oh, and a very friendly lad to boot. We called Precision to repair a broken spring. We were able to setup an appointment the next day. The service Tech Ricky was timely, friendly and just wanted to make sure we understood all the steps of the process. He gave us a quote which we could do all things he was recommending or just parts. The time to fix was very reasonable. At the end of the repair he walked us through all the things he did. He shows the parts that were replaced and good thing we decided to replace our cables as they were really we’re ready to good. So thanks for the though inspection. The ability to make a same day appointment online was great! Ricky was super professional, he explained all options to address the problem with my garage door.
