Thank you; Precision was open for business on a Saturday fternoon when our garage door wouldn't open. Upon speaking with representative, they would send out service Sunday between 8-10 a.m.! Received text that Aaron would be arriving shortly, and did receive confirmation by phone from Aaron. He arrived by 8 a.m., and our garage door was repaired within 1 hour time! Thank you!

Richard McCann is “The man!!!” He showed up to my residence in a very timely manner. He assessed the problem and explained all of the details to me in plain layman’s terms. His knowledge and experience was obvious. After he finished the repair, I expressed interest in upgrading the garage mechanics. Richard showed me multiple options and even forwarded the same to my email, to allow me to explain everything to my wife. Richard was highly professional and courteous. We have dealt with Precision for many years and always been pleased. They installed a door for us many years ago and have done preventitive maintenance in the meantime. Most recently our garage door was damaged. Precision representatives arrived promply to remove the damaged door and to order a new replacement. I especially want to commend John Lefevre who constructed a temporary cover for the garage entrance to protect the garage until the new garage door arrives. Garage door would sometimes not close all the way. Code lights on head unit indicated sensor problem but I could not see sensor alignment trouble and wondered if problem was in the wiring. Precision technician came and moved the light sensors up a few inches away from ground level dirt and closer to a more stable position near the track bracket. Door working fine months later. Charged me nothing because they had replaced the head unit the prior year. Thank you Precision.

Precision Door Service efficiency responded to my call for assistance today because one of our overhead door springs broke. I was able to schedule a technician for later that day. Had a mouse get into my garage during the recent ice storm due to an eight inch section of the bottom weather stripping shrinking. Called and spoke to Gwen at 6:00 p.m. who assured me that she would have a tech out to see me the following day and quoted me a very reasonable price. The next day the technician Andy called me to let me know that he could be at my house earlier than my appointment. Showed up ten minutes later and was extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Despite the bitter cold, he replaced my weather stripping and had my door fixed within a half hour - and at the quoted price with no attempt to upsell me on other services. Because of the fantastic customer service and tech quality, I will never use any other company for garage door repairs in the future.
