Of course on a Friday, late afternoon, my garage door malfunctioned and wouldn’t close. I called the business that installed the door, left a message, but they didn’t return my call. So I called Precision Garage Door. A person picked up on the first ring, took my information, and scheduled me for a 4-8pm service window. Their technician, Richard McCann, showed up within the hour and fixed my garage door in 15 minutes. He was awesome! He was very nice and very knowledgeable. I’ve already told my neighbor about Precision and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you.

Our main spring broke on Sunday and our garage door was closed and unable to be opened. Through a referral, I was in contact with Precision and scheduled an appointment for 8am Monday morning. Aaron showed up right on schedule, as I was making room for him to replace the spring. We rescheduled for later in the day after I had cleared enough room, and again he showed up right on time at 4pm. He explained again what NEEDED to be done, and recommended options to prevent other problems with the old door. We decided to go with all his recommendations, which included a 5 year warranty on parts and labor. He was done in about an hour and the door is smoother and quieter with all the new parts than it was before. Aaron was pleasant, professional, and very knowledgeable about all he did, and explained everything and the reasoning behind his recommendations. I absolutely recommend Precision Garage (and Aaron) to everyone I know, whether it's an emergency repair or just a checkup and maintenance on their systems to prevent anything bad from happening.

Everyone at Precision Garage Service was friendly and wanted to make sure my problem was corrected the same day. Ashley arrived within a few hours and we discussed that new garage door openers made sense since the existing ones were over 12 years old. The old opener started opening and closing on its own and acterd very erratic. Couldn't trust that if we were away. Ashley was very professional and explained everything that was going to be done. I knew the cost before he started. I'm glad that we could support a local Wake Forest business. Thanks again for your prompt help. Certainly will tell our friends.

Awful! When I called, I explained the type of garage door opener that I had and I knew exactly what was wrong. The technician came out and explained that they cannot work on the type of garage door opener that I have. If they already knew that, why did they even come out and charge me $95?

Evan was great! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. While their price was slightly higher than another quote I received, it included a couple more things that I needed. I replaced a 26 year old chain drive opener with a belt drive and the noise reduction is night and day - It's almost silent! I had Precision over a couple years ago to replace my door springs and bearings, and I trust them to do things correctly the first time.

The technician John was very helpful and fixed the problem with the sensors. He explained how the sensors operate so we can troubleshoot the next time we have trouble. He also recommended a tune up as it had been 4 years since they were out. The doors operate much quieter now. Great experience!

Jason did a superb job troubleshooting the issue. He accurately adjusted the reversing sensors so that they are exactly the same height, and tested performance. The previous company we used did not do weekend service, which we desperately needed/wanted.

He takes the time to understand the issue and then goes about correcting it. They provide a scheduled day and time for service, then confirm, followed by a call the day of and then a call from the tech indicating his arrival time. They say what they will do and then they do it. Great service/people to work with.
