I contacted Precision Garage Door late on a Friday around 4 PM after my garage door stopped working. They scheduled me for the next morning with an 8AM–12PM arrival window, which I really appreciated given the short notice. The technician, Aaron Sweet, texted me ahead of time with his ETA and arrived as promised. From the start, Aaron was personable, professional, and honest. He walked me through several repair options, clearly explaining the pros and cons of each without any pressure. I had done some research beforehand, and nothing Aaron shared felt surprising or misleading — it actually confirmed that I was getting accurate information. As someone who enjoys DIY projects, I really appreciated that Aaron was completely comfortable with me observing his work and asking questions along the way. He explained each step in a way that made sense, and I came away feeling confident that I could handle some of this on my own in the future if needed. Aaron’s proficiency and skill were obvious — he clearly knows what he’s doing. If the rest of the team at Precision Garage Door is operating at Aaron’s level or higher, then this company is absolutely worth recommending. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door, and especially Aaron Sweet, for quality service, professionalism, and an overall outstanding customer experience.

Called and scheduled same day service for a broken spring. Aaron Was dispatched and kept me informed as to his arrival. Completed the inspection, presented the options and completed the work just over an hour. Absolutely great customer service, Aaron was very knowledgeable, personable and efficient. Highly recommend.

Tim McGraw showed up on time and was very professional. I stated my concerns and he walked around the garage door listening for the issues I explained. He stated he could do the work I was wanting but explained to me that the door I had would never be quiet. His integrity was above approach. The service industry needs more Tims. Andy did a great job and came very quickly which I really appreciate. The reason I gave only 3 stars was that the price seemed very high for what was done. When I called, they told me it would be a $95 diagnostic fee and if they had to do work, that fee would go toward the cost of the work done. The diagnostic feel included an inspection of our doors. I was fine with that. Turns out they only apply the service fee if the cost of the work is $250 or more. So it was $95 for the call plus $150 which is the minimum for any work done. They may have said that and I just missed it but either way, that seemed very high. I would have expected the $95 plus the difference between the $150 and would have been pleased. As it was, I felt a little bit deceived and taken advantage of. I would use them again as they do provide good service but would be more selective in what I use them for.
