I was happy for the quick response to my call. Technician Ricky Sanchez did an amazing job installing our new opener and replacing worn parts in the door system. Ricky has a complete knowledge of each and every part of the entire door system, identifying items needing replacement and a great ability to explain everything about the work and material to me prior to beginning. Ricky was also very efficient performing the entire installation in 2 hours. The quality of his workmanship and knowledge are outstanding.

Andy was the technician that came to our house. He was very professional, explained things well and was quick! We had a broken spring and they were able to come out the very next day. He replaced a few other things (rollers) that were showing wear and tear and it's almost as if we had the whole thing replaced... it's so quiet now! :) I'd definitely recommend them.

Rick, the technician, was great, professional, very efficient and arrived earlier than expected. I’m a bit soured on how the price of the spring and installation went from a emailed quoted price of $262 to my actual cost of $464. The spring that was replaced can be purchased on line for $34 to around $75. Rick took all of about 15 minutes to complete the installation. So, in total I would estimate that the total time on site was around an hour. Unhappy with the inflated cost. I shouldn’t have been so lazy and should have replaced the spring myself.

Great experience from start to finish. I was able to get an appointment for the very next day, and the technician actually arrived early. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to identify and correct problems caused by a poor installation from another company. Everything is now working properly, and I’m very satisfied with the quality of the work and service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing garage door repair.

Technician arrived “on time” was extremely polite and found no reason why the pre-set upper and lower door limits were wiped clean from the units programming. He reset limits and said this would be handled as warranty as unit was purchased and installed by Precision in December 2025 and is less than a year old.

I worked with Lucas earlier this year when he installed two new garage door openers. He did a great job then. He recommended, at that time, that I should replace the garage doors too. I was hesitant to do that then. But one door has been acting up lately (32 years old) and I decided that it was time to replace them At my request, Lucas came back to give me a quote to replace both doors (one larger than the other). Based upon his recommendation, I placed the order today for, what I believe is, a fair price. For the interim, Lucas made some minor repairs to one existing door to help avoid additional problems until the new doors are installed.

Precision Garage Door is AMAZING. I called at 2:45 with a garage door opener that was not working and was given an appointment for later that same afternoon. My first experience was about 3 yrs ago, when my garage door light suddenly stayed on, after several years of working great. Evan was booked for my first appointment. He was very thorough in checking out the cause and said it was a connection issue that was going bad as it was an older model. I didn't want to buy a new one at the time, so it was temporarily re-engaged to work. Then, yesterday, the light stayed on again. Evan had been so clear the first time in explaining the issue, so I requested him again and learned that the motor was winding down and needed to be replaced. He explained the reasons why in a language I understood. It was time! What I like about Precision Garage Door Serice is the expediency of the service, and, especially, that a text is sent with the service tech's picture and a brief bio of their experience and work ethics. As a senior, that prepared my appt with a good impression. Evan arrived on time and with the same gracious attitude and thoroughness in explaining so many details in operating my new remotes. I needed to take notes, to learn another new techy device, but, he was patient, and showed genuine willingness and respect when I asked him to re-explain a couple instructions. Evan Kopel to the rescue again! In less than 24 hours after our garage door and the supporting wall on the right side was hit by a vehicle - making the door inoperative - Evan arrived to get our garage door functioning again. This repair was somewhat tricky as the track had been damaged and the wall supporting it had been moved inward by about an inch. Evan was able to repair the track, properly realign it and make several needed adjustments to other components so once again our door is working perfectly. Call it a Hat Trick or a Trifecta but this is the third time over the past several years that Evan has flawlessly repaired a complex problem with our garage door. It is incredibly reassuring knowing that when any problem with our garage door occurs we can count on Evan to arrive promptly and professional perform whatever repair needed.

If I could have not given a star I would have as Precision gave me a quote which was doubled compared to other garage door companies. One would think as a returning customer you would be fair and not try to rip me off, but that shows what type of company you are. I will n ever call on you again!
