I had a great experience with precision, garage door service, I set up An appointment online and they showed up the very next day. My garage door stopped halfway up and got stuck, and my car was locked in the garage. They came out and showed me exactly what was wrong and I asked other slew of other questions about the noise because my garage door sounded like a dying animal every time it went up and down, and they replaced the rollers with ones that had ball bearings, and the technician also offered other options for my second garage door, which had not been working for eight years. He performed most of the fixes right then and there and I was able to get my car out that afternoon. They came back the next day and installed two brand new motors and belt drives That are so quiet and wonderful. I am thrilled with their customer service, timeliness, precision, and attention to detail.

The Technician, Richard, was spectacular and explained everything with the springs and door load along with typical maintenance issues associated with direct drive door openers and where to find parts. He completed the repair within an hour and greased all the bearings. Truly a pleasure and glad to have interacted with him!

I had the tune up package done on my 18' Wayne Dolton garage door. New rollers were installed and the door was greased and balanced. Unfortunately the technician could not change my lower rubber door seal due to it being a Wayne Dolton door (strange). So I will be going directly to a Wayne Dolton technician for that. While the price at Precision is always the highest in the area, the work , service, quality is also one of the highest in the area.

Will not use this company as they want to sell you everything under the sun. Indoor has a broken spring and they refuse to fix just the spring. Try to sell me on $1,800-$3000 worth of work. No thanks. I’m a small business owner and know this is outrageous.

My garage door wouldn't open or close this morning. After trying another service provider who said it would be several days before they could come out to take a look at it, I had an appointment for the same day with Precision. Plus 1 - Precision Chris arrived within 2 hours of the initial call for help. He identified the problem within 10 minutes: a faulty motion sensor at the base of the garage opening. He gave me a quote right then to have the sensors (there are two) replaced. We discussed other aspects of my garage door, one of which is the spring which is going on 10+ years, which Chris said is a little beyond the lifespan for this contractor/builder version. No pressure to replace it, but rather, just discussing the fact that it is at end-of-life. Plus 1 - Precision I decided to replace the spring. It is a bit pricey, but they included a discount and no-cost for the sensor(s) replacement. Plus 1 - Precision. Chris completed the work within a hour. Amazing! Plus 1 - Precision

Tech was great. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Problem was diagnosed and parts ordered. Due to hidden or unforeseen issues door closer needed to be replaced. Closer replaced in minimal time. Very good company to deal with.

Great experience - we needed a more quiet door opener. I called on Tuesday and they were here Wednesday afternoon (they could have come Tuesday afternoon!) - Evan was prompt, thorough, and explained all of our options. Unfortunately we cannot leave a positive review since we needed to cancel our service 12 hours later and were told that our deposit would be kept. The springs were claimed to be custom made (however we have since discovered that they were standard)
