Andy Maynard was very knowledgeable and friendly. He analyzed the condition of the door system, made recommendations and answered all my questions. He then went to work on updating and maintaining my system. He was done faster than I expected. He cleaned up, made sure I was satisfied. I am very happy with the technician and company.

Evan asked questions to understand our garage door problems, performed a through assessment, noted the problems as well as recommendations. The technician John was very helpful and fixed the problem with the sensors. He explained how the sensors operate so we can troubleshoot the next time we have trouble. He also recommended a tune up as it had been 4 years since they were out. The doors operate much quieter now. Great experience!

Jason did a superb job troubleshooting the issue. He accurately adjusted the reversing sensors so that they are exactly the same height, and tested performance. The previous company we used did not do weekend service, which we desperately needed/wanted.

Extremely dependable service provider. Travis was our service technician who personifies the business name 'Precision Garage Door Service'. He takes the time to understand the issue and then goes about correcting it. They provide a scheduled day and time for service, then confirm, followed by a call the day of and then a call from the tech indicating his arrival time. They say what they will do and then they do it. Great service/people to work with.

Service appointment for install of new garage door opener. Technician Richard McCann arrived gave full explanation on the new opener and garage door which was a great help. Service was quick and efficient and he had any part on the truck to complete the change. Very pleasant technician and great business. I’m will be sure to use them again should the need arise. Technician was very professional and knowledgeable and more than exceeded my expectations! He listened to my concerns and explained everything in a way that I completely understood. Right now, the costs of a new unit were a little more than I could afford right now. However, your technician was extremely thorough, and I now have estimates for several options. When I am able to do replacement in the future, I will definitely use Precision.

Our garage door opener broke after 22 years and upon calling Precision Garage Door Service, the office gal, Aliysia was able to get a technician scheduled for us early the next morning. The technician, Travis Boone was prompt, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable with the issue and the new install. Travis assisted in setting up the keypad, the app connection and the home link in my vehicle. I am very pleased with this company and highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service!

Had a problem with our garage door and called Precision Garage Door Service, Since I am constantly moving stuff in and out of the garage and didn't want to be stuck with the door open all night, I needed somebody to come quickly. I called at about 7:00 and Richard was there by 10:15. Turns out the problem wasn't severe and he had the system back up and running in 1/2 hour. Took a quick look at the total system to see if there were any other problems. There weren't and after a pleasant chat about Chicago, where we both grew up, he was on his way. They are definitely in my "who to call for house repair" folder for future reference.

I had a great experience with precision, garage door service, I set up An appointment online and they showed up the very next day. My garage door stopped halfway up and got stuck, and my car was locked in the garage. They came out and showed me exactly what was wrong and I asked other slew of other questions about the noise because my garage door sounded like a dying animal every time it went up and down, and they replaced the rollers with ones that had ball bearings, and the technician also offered other options for my second garage door, which had not been working for eight years. He performed most of the fixes right then and there and I was able to get my car out that afternoon. They came back the next day and installed two brand new motors and belt drives That are so quiet and wonderful. I am thrilled with their customer service, timeliness, precision, and attention to detail.
