The main spring on the garage door broke after about 14 years of operation. I went online at about 6am and scheduled an appointment, saying that I needed to get my car out of the garage that day. A very personable serviceman (Aaron) arrived on time and was very methodical and efficient. He replaced the broken spring and several other parts that were in a worn condition. Made sure that everything was well lubricated, adjusted and then cleaned up. Everything now works better than before, almost silently and very smoothly. Great job.

What an awesome experience! From the consultation all the way through the installation this was error free and very customer friendly. My installer Cameron was fantastic. He explained everything and installed an entire new system from scratch. He was much better than the original install. Looked way for clean and precise!

Thank you; Precision was open for business on a Saturday fternoon when our garage door wouldn't open. Upon speaking with representative, they would send out service Sunday between 8-10 a.m.! Received text that Aaron would be arriving shortly, and did receive confirmation by phone from Aaron. He arrived by 8 a.m., and our garage door was repaired within 1 hour time! Thank you!

Richard McCann is “The man!!!” He showed up to my residence in a very timely manner. He assessed the problem and explained all of the details to me in plain layman’s terms. His knowledge and experience was obvious. After he finished the repair, I expressed interest in upgrading the garage mechanics. We have dealt with Precision for many years and always been pleased. They installed a door for us many years ago and have done preventitive maintenance in the meantime. Most recently our garage door was damaged. Precision representatives arrived promply to remove the damaged door and to order a new replacement. I especially want to commend John Lefevre who constructed a temporary cover for the garage entrance to protect the garage until the new garage door arrives. Garage door would sometimes not close all the way. Code lights on head unit indicated sensor problem but I could not see sensor alignment trouble and wondered if problem was in the wiring. Precision technician came and moved the light sensors up a few inches away from ground level dirt and closer to a more stable position near the track bracket. Door working fine months later. Charged me nothing because they had replaced the head unit the prior year. Thank you Precision.

Precision Door Service efficiency responded to my call for assistance today because one of our overhead door springs broke. I was able to schedule a technician for later that day.
