Prompt response to service request, on time for appointment, Professional and courteous repair person, repaired broken springs and left the garage area clean, provided a check of the other opener system/parts with a written report and answered questions thoroughly. Pleased with the service and experience from the first phone call until service completed. Would recommend to others.

I called them this morning looking to the repair and/or replace my garage door panels due to dents. They had someone out to my house within an hour. The gentleman was professional and honest in informing me they did not carry my brand/type of garage door; however, he went a step above! He informed me of the measurements and type of the garage door panels needed. There was no hassling to get completely new garage door. I was able to locate the garage panels somewhere else, but if you’re looking for an honest, no haggling company, this is it. If I am ever in need of a garage door, they will be at the top of my list!

Richard McCann did an excellent job of inspecting the original door. analyzing my problems and recommending solutions along the with cost of each. His repair work was completed quickly and correctly (to the best of my limited knowledge). Only time will tell but I'm initially quite happy with his work.
