Had a mouse get into my garage during the recent ice storm due to an eight inch section of the bottom weather stripping shrinking. Called and spoke to Gwen at 6:00 p.m. who assured me that she would have a tech out to see me the following day and quoted me a very reasonable price. The next day the technician Andy called me to let me know that he could be at my house earlier than my appointment. Showed up ten minutes later and was extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Despite the bitter cold, he replaced my weather stripping and had my door fixed within a half hour - and at the quoted price with no attempt to upsell me on other services. Because of the fantastic customer service and tech quality, I will never use any other company for garage door repairs in the future.

Service arrived on time with all the needed parts to make the repair. Then rebalanced the door to insure smooth and quite lift. He explained what was needed before making the repairs. Great Courtises service. I will use Precision every time.

I had a spring break on a Sunday night after 7 p.m. and was able to chat with someone right away through the website. I was scheduled for Monday morning, and before lunch my garage door was working again. I also received a detailed invoice showing exactly what was needed and what was done, which is wonderful for keeping household repair records. Maintaining our garage doors through Precision has been a positive experience. Precision installed the garage door system with the previous owners, and it has been a great continuing relationship. Our model is one that they are phasing out as replacement parts are too expensive and difficult to obtain. All considered, they work hard to maintain our system so we don't have to do a full update.

We recently contacted Precision Garage Door Service for help with a garage door that wouldn't close. From first contact on the phone right through the problem being fixed, they were a pleasure to work with. The technician who did the repair, John Patton, arrived promptly on the same day, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed in no time at all. He was professional, courteous and provided us with multiple service options with estimates for each so we could decide which one fit our immediate needs as well as our budget. We selected Precision because we were familiar with their name. We called in the afternoon and Ricky Sanchez was at our house at 8 am the next morning. He inspected our doors and within two hours he had replaced one motor and other parts on one door in a very professional manner.
