The technician gave a a courtesy call to inform me of his arrival. Very punctual and polite introduction. I conveyed our problems with our garage doors to Aaron. He inspected them thoroughly and made recommendations that really helped my husband and I make a sound decision. Due to the age and much needed work on both doors we followed his advice. I literally backed into my garage door and couldn’t get out and was in a panic because I have a very important Dr appt tomorrow morning. They were here within an hour and a half, was able to get out and secure my garage until I get receive a new door. Aaron, my tech was courteous, empathetic and was a pleasure to deal with. We have used Precision for twenty years. Our garage was doors have experienced only minor problems during this time but Precision has always responded quickly and made needed repairs efficiently and cost effectively. Our recent request was to address the doors not automatically reversing. Andy arrived the same day, identified the issue, and made the repair. He was polite, professional, and explained the service procedure throughly. We will not hesitate to call Precision if needed again.

You know that sinking feeling—you pull into the driveway after a long day, hit the garage door opener, and… nothing. Just silence and disappointment. That was my Tuesday night. I first called the company listed on the opener unit, thinking, "They’ll know what to do!" Instead, I was told I needed to troubleshoot the issue myself, snap some pictures, and maybe—just maybe—they’d send someone out (eventually). Oh, and by the way, their vans don't carry all the parts. Not exactly the help I was hoping for. So I called Precision. Total game-changer. Not only did they say they could have someone out that same day between 4 and 8 PM, but the technician, Andy Maynard, actually arrived early—at 3 PM! He quickly diagnosed the problem, clearly explained my options (with zero pressure or pushy upsells), and had the new part installed in no time. By that evening, my garage door was back in action and my car was happily tucked into its cozy little parking spot like nothing ever happened. Friendly, fast, professional—and honestly, a relief after the earlier runaround. Huge thanks to Andy and the Precision team. Would absolutely call them again!

Made service appointment for the day following a holiday weekend for a “hung-up” garage door. My 2 hr. service window actually began ahead of schedule which was great. Our garage opener decided it had enough on a late Friday afternoon, of course. Called Precision and was given an appointment for the next morning. We were assigned John P. who proved to be thoroughly professional, knowledgeable, personable and efficient. He quickly addressed the problem and provided us with three options, had all the necessary equipment to complete the job on his truck and proceeded to replace every component sans the door within 2 hours. He also provided us with a clear and concise rundown of the operation of the system before leaving. We were thrilled to have the repair completed so smoothly. We cannot speak to the reasonableness of the cost since we did not solicit any other estimates. However, we were very pleased with our overall experience with this company and would highly recommend them.
