The service was outstanding. Andy the lead technician was great to work with. He did a thorough examination of the door and tested resting weight of the door which was high. He recommended replacement springs due to the age of the same. He had custom springs ordered and brought back for installation the same day. I wish I had this service experience with the other contractors that I have worked with in the past!

I called them this morning looking to the repair and/or replace my garage door panels due to dents. They had someone out to my house within an hour. The gentleman was professional and honest in informing me they did not carry my brand/type of garage door; however, he went a step above! He informed me of the measurements and type of the garage door panels needed. There was no hassling to get completely new garage door. I was able to locate the garage panels somewhere else, but if you’re looking for an honest, no haggling company, this is it. If I am ever in need of a garage door, they will be at the top of my list!

His repair work was completed quickly and correctly (to the best of my limited knowledge). Only time will tell but I'm initially quite happy with his work.

Excellent customer and technical service. Appointment was quickly scheduled and the technician, Scott Johnson arrived promptly after notifying me that he was on his way. He did an inspection and explained a problem he found involving the belt drive. Upon receiving the go ahead, he replaced the worn belt in about 30 minutes. Overall, an excellent experience.

Great service all around! I have been using Precision Garage Door since 2012 and have always been impressed by their technicians professionalism and knowledge. Today I had to replace my old opener with a new one. No pressure or up sell, Ricky was up front and told me if I wanted to just see if he could just make some adjustments on the old (20 year) unit I was free to do so. I had a great experience with Precision Garage Door Service. The service call today was to perform routine maintenance and to make a minor adjustment to the closing position. I called to schedule an appointment and was told that a technician was available today! The technician sent a text message that he was enroute. I had requested the tuneup service that included replacing the door rollers but upon examination of the door and rollers the technician advised there was no need to replace the existing, high quality, rollers. The technician completed lubricating, an inspection, and adjusting the closing position. The service call was completed in less than an hour. All contacts with Precision personnel were pleasant and responsive.
