Highly recommend Precision Garage Door! Easy scheduling on line. Devin and Ryan arrived on time, assessed the problems-broken spring on one door and loud noise when opening and closing the other door. They provided information and quote to repair the problems and applied available coupons. No up selling. Excellent work! Devin and Ryan were very professional, respectful, efficient and explained the warranties and answered all my questions. Call them, you will be impressed with their knowledge and professionalism!

I was so pleased with Precision Garage Door's service. Andy set to work immediately, and within one hour, I had a new header unit to replace the one that kept malfunctioning. Andy discussed my various options, and I ended up with a garage door that no longer makes creaks and groans every time I press my remote. They're fast and do quality work!

Great work! Evan was efficient and knows all the details of the operation and installation of the garage door opener. He was able to diagnose and solve our problem and install a new system. Service technician, Richard McCann came to our home on 7/11/24 to replace the Belt Rail on our opener. He called before he arrived and advised that he would be at our home in 10 or 15 minutes and he was right on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the problem efficiently along with checking other issues (spring tension, etc.) . The thing that I especially liked is that he spoke so kindly about his company and how well they had treated him. I really liked this type of comment as I think it is unfortunately atypical of a lot of people in the workforce today. Good job Precision Garage Door !

Alex arrived early (after calling to make sure that was ok) and quickly assessed our needs. He ended up also doing a full renovation of the springs and rollers to enhance the performance and lifetime of the new opener. The garage was cleaner than when he arrived at the end of the process and he made sure I had fully set up all the peripheral devices and network connections. I could not have been more pleased with the results.

Evan rocks! One of our garage doors wouldn’t open. Evan came out the same day, troubleshot, and fixed the problem. He also tuned up both of our doors. They are working great. Definitely call these guys for your garage door needs.

Tim Your technicians are very professional and do quality work. Unless I’m missing something, the markup on the springs and the bearings/plate are pretty excessive. I understand the need to cover costs.

Greg Gray was my technician. He did a great job replacing the spring and rollers on my garage door. I had a new motor installed by precision door last year and he honored the estimate given to me at that time. He also fixed a short that was not allowing me to use the controller on the wall and fixed some trim on the outside that was loose. Thanks Greg! Good job!

Fine service appointment today with John. He diagnosed my remote problem immediately and replaced the faulty sensors and wiring. He provided the cost and that is exactly what I was charged. I was really happy with the whole process with Precision. I was able to get an appointment the day after I called, Thomas showed up on time and evaluated my doors while explaining everything he was examining and why. After his diagnosis, he walked me through different options without any pressure, answered all my questions, and had both up and running in under an hour. They sound like new! I would definitely use Precision again.

A predatory precision technician took advantage of my family while I was away. Charging my wife over $2k for new springs, bearings, cables, an unnecessary new rod, and 2 hours of labor. While I realize this review won't make the website, but perhaps someone with decency will care.
