Hi, I appreciate your expediated service when my garage door had urgent problems. The service man was knowledgeable. He had the right tools needed to fix the door. He was courteous. He was timely in getting the problem resolved. He showed me what wrong and what he needed to do to repair it. I have used Precision before in South Carolina that is why I called you here. I wanted to get the same quality service and a trustworthy service man(Tim). It was an expensive but necessary repair.

Rickey Sanchez has turned me into a believer. My garage door only worked when you held the wall control until the door closed. This caused a quality of life issue at the house. I felt Rickey explained how to solve the problem and what to expect when it was fixed. I honestly wanted to avoid replacing the system (the cheap way out) even though I knew the saying, you get what you get what you paid for. I can say certainly having full access to our house has been a welcomed correction. We use the garage more often instead of bypassing the garage door headache most of the time. Thanks Rickey for helping me make the decision that best fit my need. And being the consultant and expert from start to finish. RICKY SANCHEZ came when our keypad stopped working. I tried to fix it myself without success (but with plenty of frustration!).. Ricky came, changed out the unit in a flash, programmed it for us, tested it, and gave us lots of useful tips about garage door maintenance to extend its life. Great service!

Garage door motor burned out. Called Precision and a tech was immediately dispatched ( early in the 4 hour window ) Replaced the motor and gave technical instructions Great service.

I’m very pleased with the service on my garage door! The online appointment process is convenient in choosing a time that meets your individual schedule. Richard McCann was very knowledgeable and diagnosed an issue with my door as well as reprogrammed the key pad and a new door opener. Richard was able to make the repair to my door in an hour. Called at 9 am and scheduled an appointment to reprogram a new remote for two garage doors for between 2 and 4 pm. At 10:45 Aaron Sweet called and stated he was in the area and could be at my house in 4 minutes. He arrived and programmed both garage doors, was paid and left my house by 11:02. Very please with this quick and professional service.
