This is the third time I have used Precision Garage and once again they did not disappoint. They came the same day to address my garage door issues. Evan asked questions to understand our garage door problems, performed a through assessment, noted the problems as well as recommendations. He was very clear on pricing and once the job was complete, he reviewed what was done and answered my questions. High praise for this company and Evan - he is great at what he does.

Jason did a superb job troubleshooting the issue. He accurately adjusted the reversing sensors so that they are exactly the same height, and tested performance. The previous company we used did not do weekend service, which we desperately needed/wanted.

Had a problem with our garage door and called Precision Garage Door Service, Since I am constantly moving stuff in and out of the garage and didn't want to be stuck with the door open all night, I needed somebody to come quickly. I called at about 7:00 and Richard was there by 10:15. Turns out the problem wasn't severe and he had the system back up and running in 1/2 hour. Took a quick look at the total system to see if there were any other problems. There weren't and after a pleasant chat about Chicago, where we both grew up, he was on his way. They are definitely in my "who to call for house repair" folder for future reference.

He did a great job consulting me on my options without forcing an upsell of need. We had a garage door problem that needed quick attention. I was amazed to find that I could just schedule an appointment online for a Sunday! After checking in, they came before the appointed time. Luke was friendly and professional. He fixed the door efficiently and we were back in business.

Today was my first experience with Precision Garage Door Service and it was excellent. I was dealing with an unreliable and outdated garage door motor which was causing significant inconvenience and major disruption with access to our garage bay. At breakfast time I made an appointment online with Precision and within three hours a garage door technician was in my driveway. Please note that this response was on Saturday July 4th and the heat index was nearly 103 degrees! Evan Kopel listened to my concerns, asked probing questions, and offered credible options to solve my nagging problem. We chose a course of action and he immediately initiated steps to address my needs. In just three hours he completed his work, educated my wife and I on use of our new equipment, and masterfully exceeded my expectations by performing high-quality work, clear communications and very professional and personable customer service. I highly recommend PGDS, and Mr. Evan Kopel, for performing garage door repairs!

Nobody is ever really excited to have to replace a garage door, especially on a home they just bought a few weeks ago, but that is where we found ourselves this week. John Patton listened carefully to my observations of the remote controls losing their ability to communicate with the motor mechanism. He gave me reasonable options that were readily evaluable. I chose the option that I felt would work best for me at this time. He gave me a document that assists me in the future as to the current state of my 15 year old system. The new system works great. In addition, I have a very small dog that loves to meet new people and make a new friend. He was very kind to her and I appreciated that he absolutely made her day.

Precision has an excellent business model. I called them late Saturday afternoon. An extremely helpful customer serv. rep. scheduled a tech the next day (a Sunday!). Luke (very professional) arrived at the time promised and quickly diagnosed the issue as well as other items needing attention. He provided 4-options ranked by urgency.... no pressure up-sell tactics! The high quality repairs took about an hour. Great company with great employees!

I called precision because I thought my door was stuck due to previous work by them however it was not. It was a plug problem. They responded quickly the same day with in a couple hours. I would recommend their services.
