Called for service for a broken "torsion" spring which rendered the door inoperable (the door weighs about 150 lb without the spring). "Precision" installed the door in 2015 and it has worked flawlessly until the spring broke. We've "Precision Garage Door Service of Raleigh" The office scheduled an appointment for repair the next day which Technician Tim Mcrae accomplished in about an hour. The technician performed an overall safety inspection on all the door components before letting us know the work was complete. The garage door is again quiet and smooth running! The technician, Tim, was experienced and very professional and we will continue to call on the services of Precision Garage Door Service of Raleigh when needed in the future. Thank you!

I first called Custom Door who originally installed our garage door and I was not pleased with the receptionist or the fact they could not come for 4 days to replace the rubber at the bottom of our door. I then called Precision and the receptionist Francesca was very helpful and they were able to come that day. Surprisingly the cost was about the same for each company. Precision's repairman Austin arrived and placed the new rubber on the door. Precision definitely won my confidence.

Of course on a Friday, late afternoon, my garage door malfunctioned and wouldn’t close. I called the business that installed the door, left a message, but they didn’t return my call. So I called Precision Garage Door. A person picked up on the first ring, took my information, and scheduled me for a 4-8pm service window. Their technician, Richard McCann, showed up within the hour and fixed my garage door in 15 minutes. He was awesome! He was very nice and very knowledgeable. I’ve already told my neighbor about Precision and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you.
