? At the completion of every job, all Precision customers that provide contact information are sent a request to review our business on our website.

Precision stands behind their products. I called Precision about a year after my Garage Door installation because the door made this odd clicking noise when the door was opened. They sent Brian who fixed it with a minor adjustment and was done in less than 10 minutes. He is a great technician and I recommend these guys 100%. The call center was very easy to work with as well!

Always a pleasure, addressed all concerns and fixed our door!

John LeFevre took time to explain several options with pros and cons including pricing. Cost was meaningfully lower than estimates from other companies. It took a month for the doors to be made and delivered. Brian did an outstanding job. We are thrilled with the doors and installation and recommend giving Precision a chance to win your business.

Replaced my entire garage door system as the one original to my house finally decided it was time to call it quits. My initial consultation was fantastic. They answered all my questions, and there was absolutely no pressure to go with their company, nor were there any attempts to upsell me on anything. After our order finally arrived, they arrived before our window estimate and had the whole system replaced in only a few hours. Would definitely call them again if I needed a new door or service in the future.

From the time the salesman showed up to view my garage door replacement to the installation the folks at Precision were professional, polite and timely. They estimated an installation by July 4th. It was installed on July 1st. During the time I was posted on the progress of the manufacturing and once finished I was advised to select my installation date. The technicians were timely and completely professional. Couldn’t be more pleased!

New to the area, we bought a home that needed both garage doors and openers replaced. Our realtor recommended this company. They gave us a great price, got the doors in quickly, and Brian got everything installed today (working solo). He did a great job and we are very satisfied with every aspect of the process!
