We selected Precision because we were familiar with their name. We called in the afternoon and Ricky Sanchez was at our house at 8 am the next morning. He inspected our doors and within two hours he had replaced one motor and other parts on one door in a very professional manner.

I highly recommend these folks! I was able to book an appointment immediately and for the first time in my life the technician arrived 30 minutes BEFORE the scheduled time window! Ricky Sanchez was very knowlegable and explained all my options then was able to complete the motor replacement in less than an hour because he had all the parts necessary on his truck. Technician, Ricky Sanchez, did a really good job. The existing unit was about 20 years old (install by you all) so without parts available the only choice was to replace the entire unit... such is life sometimes. Slight difference in the unit installed compared to the existing one yet nothing to be upset or concerned about.

Rickey Sanchez has turned me into a believer. My garage door only worked when you held the wall control until the door closed. This caused a quality of life issue at the house. I felt Rickey explained how to solve the problem and what to expect when it was fixed. I honestly wanted to avoid replacing the system (the cheap way out) even though I knew the saying, you get what you get what you paid for. I can say certainly having full access to our house has been a welcomed correction. We use the garage more often instead of bypassing the garage door headache most of the time. Thanks Rickey for helping me make the decision that best fit my need. And being the consultant and expert from start to finish. RICKY SANCHEZ came when our keypad stopped working. I tried to fix it myself without success (but with plenty of frustration!).. We called Precision to repair a broken spring. We were able to setup an appointment the next day. The service Tech Ricky was timely, friendly and just wanted to make sure we understood all the steps of the process. He gave us a quote which we could do all things he was recommending or just parts. The time to fix was very reasonable. At the end of the repair he walked us through all the things he did. He shows the parts that were replaced and good thing we decided to replace our cables as they were really we’re ready to good. So thanks for the though inspection. I will continue to us Precision for all our properties moving forward.

Today I had Richard Sanchez come out to repair the seal on the bottom of the garage door. Last year you had sent someone out, they said the seal was no longer available and had to be ordered, but it was never done. Today Richard evaluated it, came up with a plan to replace it since it was no longer available, and got it taken care of today. He was professional, respectful, and explained what he could do. He then explained and demonstrated to me the periodic maintenance that should be done to keep the door in good repair. I was very happy with the work that was done and especially with Richard.
