I was happy for the quick response to my call. Technician Ricky Sanchez did an amazing job installing our new opener and replacing worn parts in the door system. Ricky has a complete knowledge of each and every part of the entire door system, identifying items needing replacement and a great ability to explain everything about the work and material to me prior to beginning. Ricky was also very efficient performing the entire installation in 2 hours. The quality of his workmanship and knowledge are outstanding.

Rick, the technician, was great, professional, very efficient and arrived earlier than expected. I’m a bit soured on how the price of the spring and installation went from a emailed quoted price of $262 to my actual cost of $464. The spring that was replaced can be purchased on line for $34 to around $75. Rick took all of about 15 minutes to complete the installation. So, in total I would estimate that the total time on site was around an hour. Unhappy with the inflated cost. I shouldn’t have been so lazy and should have replaced the spring myself.

My tech Ricky showed up on time and did a complete overview of my garage and the issue and showed me pricing and quickly fixed the problem. He was thorough and professional. I selected Precision Garage Door because they have a local office and responded quickly to my call. I contacted them about a year ago to diagnose my two garage doors and perform some maintenance. Today I wanted to get a quote for replacing my two aging garage door lifter motors (probably original with the house). The friendly service technician, Ricky Sanchez, arrived and explained the various options including pricing. I chose one of the options and he said that he had the new components in his truck and could install everything immediately. I said “great” and he began working on it. In about two hours, he installed the new door lifters, sensors, etc. The new door openers are quieter than the old ones, have motion sensor LEDs to light up the garage, and each one has an internal battery backup that can open or close the doors in the event of a power failure. Ricky answered all my questions and explained how to get the app to control the door openers from my phone. I was originally expecting to have to schedule a separate time for the installation. I am very pleased with the new door openers and the fact that they were installed on the same day!

Called out on Easter Sunday to repair main garage door which stopped working. Technician (Ricky) clearly explained the issues and offered suggestions for correcting the issues. Wound up replacing the springs and head unit on the main door. Cleaned everthing up and provided assistance in reprogramming the outside pad and and in car links.
