I called one of the really known companies in town, but after waiting on hold for over five minutes, I hung up and called. My garage door spring broke on a Sunday morning. I called Precision at 11am, Ryan was on site at 12pm and the spring was fixed by 1:15. Ryan did explain several options to replace other worn parts (bearings, rollers) complete with pictures. I chose to only replace the spring at this point and he did not pressure the other fixes which I appreciated. I will use Precision when I want to replace those items now that I know what they are. Great experience for an unplanned fix. And they were offering a discount this time of year so if you are thinking about being proactive, now is a good time. Bonus!

Called to ask for help after our garage door became extremely noisy when opening or closing. Ryan came the next day and resolved the issue in less than a half hour. Ryan then showed us how to and when should lubricate our door. Thanks. I cannot say how much we appreciated the service we received at what I would call a reasonable price. I called Precision Garage Door Service with a question and concern regarding our garage door opener. They scheduled a technician to come the next day. I appreciate that we were sent a text with our tech's picture and bio so we knew who would be coming to our house. Ryan A was our tech. Called for a wall mount remote replacement. I found the tech VERY experienced, friendly, communicated professionally with his ETA, work details he was performing. He also paired 2 more car remotes for us. He gave me some pointers on basic lube spots and " how to" do it. I couldn't ask for a better experience! I would recommend precision to anyone that needs assistance.
