I called Precision Garage Door Service with a question and concern regarding our garage door opener. They scheduled a technician to come the next day. I appreciate that we were sent a text with our tech's picture and bio so we knew who would be coming to our house. Ryan A was our tech. He also called when he was on the way and gave us an estimated time he would arrive. He found the problem right away and our door is now working beautifully.
