My garage door stopped opening while the motor kept trying to lift it. I called Precision and scheduled a service call. Richard McCann was the technician that came to the house next day and right on time. I described the problem to him and he knew exactly what the problem was (broken spring). He provided several different options to complete the repair and was ready to complete the job the same day. Richard was very professional and transparent about what needed to be done and explained the multiple options in great detail. I can't say enough good things about Precision Door. One of our springs had broken, and I called Precision Door just before 2pm. They were able to schedule me a same-day appointment from 4-8pm. Richard showed up by 4:30 and I had texts indicating he was on the way. The spring replacement was completed in under an hour and the garage door is now working great. Precision exceeded my expectations in having the broken spring on my garage door fully fixed within 3 hours of my first call. Thank you so much!

This company's representative, Richard, evaluated the noisy garage door situation that my tenant was complaining to me about and was able to fix it as good as new by changing out the springs and various other long overdue maintenance. This is a high end very expensive garage door that we did not want to replace and he was able to save it so we had an excellent service experience that was well explained along the way and it was done in a timely and efficient manner would use them again 100%

I noticed the door would not close the night before. I called to see when someone could look at it. I was on the schedule for the next morning. Richard was out at the house early the next day; diagnosed the problem; and went to work on the issue. He rebuilt the opener.
