Excellent service from start to finish! The receptionist who took my call was friendly, professional, and made scheduling the appointment quick and easy. Richard McCann did an excellent job of inspecting the original door. analyzing my problems and recommending solutions along the with cost of each. His repair work was completed quickly and correctly (to the best of my limited knowledge). Only time will tell but I'm initially quite happy with his work.

Richard, the tech, inspected the door and saw the issue with the door windows frame. He advised that the plastic frame could not be replaced, no longer manufactured, that it is simply decorative, and I should consider replacing regular glass with plexiglass for safety. He was very thorough with his inspection and explanation. He also provided an estimate for door replacement. I’m going to try to replace the glass for now, but appreciate knowing the cost to replace the door if needed.

I returned from a trip and when I opened my garage door it came off several of the rollers. My garage door stopped opening while the motor kept trying to lift it. I called Precision and scheduled a service call. Richard McCann was the technician that came to the house next day and right on time. I described the problem to him and he knew exactly what the problem was (broken spring). He provided several different options to complete the repair and was ready to complete the job the same day. My garage door opener stopped working late in the afternoon, and I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next morning! Richard was very polite and knowledgeable, and he was able to quickly diagnose the likely problems. I ended up with a new motor, and my door now opens and closes like a brand new door!
