Richard McCann is “The man!!!” He showed up to my residence in a very timely manner. He assessed the problem and explained all of the details to me in plain layman’s terms. His knowledge and experience was obvious. After he finished the repair, I expressed interest in upgrading the garage mechanics. Richard showed me multiple options and even forwarded the same to my email, to allow me to explain everything to my wife. Richard was highly professional and courteous. I can't say enough good things about Precision Door. One of our springs had broken, and I called Precision Door just before 2pm. They were able to schedule me a same-day appointment from 4-8pm. Richard showed up by 4:30 and I had texts indicating he was on the way. The spring replacement was completed in under an hour and the garage door is now working great. This company's representative, Richard, evaluated the noisy garage door situation that my tenant was complaining to me about and was able to fix it as good as new by changing out the springs and various other long overdue maintenance. This is a high end very expensive garage door that we did not want to replace and he was able to save it so we had an excellent service experience that was well explained along the way and it was done in a timely and efficient manner would use them again 100%

I noticed the door would not close the night before. I called to see when someone could look at it. I was on the schedule for the next morning. Richard was out at the house early the next day; diagnosed the problem; and went to work on the issue. He rebuilt the opener. The should be a 6 star option for exceptional service. The website scheduling is incredible and works! The service technician, Richard, was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Richard was excellent! First of all, he was here within two hours on a Monday morning after I called to make the appointment. He was obviously highly knowledgeable and experienced, quickly diagnosing and fixing the issue. In addition to fixing the first door, he went ahead and made an adjustment on our 2nd door, noting that it would eventually have the same problem. We could not have been more pleased! We lost power during tropical storm Chantal and had to disengage our garage door's motor mechanism so that we could manually open and shut the door until power was restored. However, we were unable to reattach the link once power came on in a way that fully closed the door, even after 2 hours of my own efforts. Precision's efficient telephone responder set up a quick appointment the day after we called, and Precision kept us updated on the approaching appointment until technician Richard McCann arrived, on time. Richard listened to our problem, quickly diagnosed the problem, carefully adjusted our garage door closing mechanism to restore it fully, and assured me my efforts were not unreasonably dumb. He also checked the whole system for any unperceived problems, all at no additional cost. Richard was smart, personable, and very well trained. We are completely satisfied and will happily call Precision with any future garage door needs.
