Of course on a Friday, late afternoon, my garage door malfunctioned and wouldn’t close. I called the business that installed the door, left a message, but they didn’t return my call. So I called Precision Garage Door. A person picked up on the first ring, took my information, and scheduled me for a 4-8pm service window. Their technician, Richard McCann, showed up within the hour and fixed my garage door in 15 minutes. He was awesome! He was very nice and very knowledgeable. We're very happy with the service Richard provided to fix the opener one of our door. He came out the same day we called and inspected all three of our garage doors. After inspection he gave us recommendations on what had to be fixed, what should be considered as maintenance items for the life of the doors and openers, and most importantly called out what items didn't need to be addressed. Within a few hours he had fixed the broken opener and performed maintenance on all three doors. Great job!

Had a problem with our garage door and called Precision Garage Door Service, Since I am constantly moving stuff in and out of the garage and didn't want to be stuck with the door open all night, I needed somebody to come quickly. I called at about 7:00 and Richard was there by 10:15. Turns out the problem wasn't severe and he had the system back up and running in 1/2 hour. Took a quick look at the total system to see if there were any other problems. There weren't and after a pleasant chat about Chicago, where we both grew up, he was on his way. They are definitely in my "who to call for house repair" folder for future reference.
