Extremely dependable service provider. Travis was our service technician who personifies the business name 'Precision Garage Door Service'. He takes the time to understand the issue and then goes about correcting it. They provide a scheduled day and time for service, then confirm, followed by a call the day of and then a call from the tech indicating his arrival time. They say what they will do and then they do it. Great service/people to work with.

Our garage door opener broke after 22 years and upon calling Precision Garage Door Service, the office gal, Aliysia was able to get a technician scheduled for us early the next morning. The technician, Travis Boone was prompt, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable with the issue and the new install. Travis assisted in setting up the keypad, the app connection and the home link in my vehicle. I am very pleased with this company and highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service!

Jason did a superb job troubleshooting the issue. He accurately adjusted the reversing sensors so that they are exactly the same height, and tested performance. The previous company we used did not do weekend service, which we desperately needed/wanted.
