I came home from picking my boys up from school, hit my garage door button in my car and it didn’t open. I went inside the garage and tested it out a couple of times and it still didn’t open and at one point I saw a piece break off of the chain so I immediately knew something bigger was wrong. He evaluated both of my garage doors and clearly articulated the issue on the main door as well as my single car garage door. He laid out our options, we chose the one that was best for us and he proceeded to install both new openers in about 90 minutes. He also took the time to walk me through How both garage door openers work, Showed me how to download the app, connect everything and even programmed both of my cars to open the doors. We have a very busy life so we’re always looking for reliability and efficiency with any company we choose and Precision checked all the boxes. I highly recommend them.

Jason did a superb job troubleshooting the issue. He accurately adjusted the reversing sensors so that they are exactly the same height, and tested performance. The previous company we used did not do weekend service, which we desperately needed/wanted.

He takes the time to understand the issue and then goes about correcting it. Our garage door opener broke after 22 years and upon calling Precision Garage Door Service, the office gal, Aliysia was able to get a technician scheduled for us early the next morning. I had a great experience with precision, garage door service, I set up An appointment online and they showed up the very next day. My garage door stopped halfway up and got stuck, and my car was locked in the garage. They came out and showed me exactly what was wrong and I asked other slew of other questions about the noise because my garage door sounded like a dying animal every time it went up and down, and they replaced the rollers with ones that had ball bearings, and the technician also offered other options for my second garage door, which had not been working for eight years. He performed most of the fixes right then and there and I was able to get my car out that afternoon. They came back the next day and installed two brand new motors and belt drives That are so quiet and wonderful. I am thrilled with their customer service, timeliness, precision, and attention to detail.
