Called for service for a broken "torsion" spring which rendered the door inoperable (the door weighs about 150 lb without the spring). "Precision" installed the door in 2015 and it has worked flawlessly until the spring broke. We've "Precision Garage Door Service of Raleigh" The office scheduled an appointment for repair the next day which Technician Tim Mcrae accomplished in about an hour. The technician performed an overall safety inspection on all the door components before letting us know the work was complete. The garage door is again quiet and smooth running!
