The torsion spring on my garage door broke, trapping my wife's car. Called Precision late in the afternoon and they came out in less than 24 hours. Lucas did a great job explaining what needed to be done and he made the repairs quickly to get our garage door working flawlessly. I prayed first and asked God to help me in the process of finding the right door company. Precision was the first of 3 selected. I had done some research and generally expected a certain price range. Their sales rep John was attentive to our needs of slightly odd size doors, checked with his supplier to make sure they could deliver, wrote an estimate on site which was very important to me. Called him after 2 days, he responded quickly, we wrote contract, paid deposit. In 2 more days we had email from Sophia, doors were ordered and scheduled install date. I confirmed with her the odd size which she replied in email. Doors arrived as scheduled. Luke and Edward were the installers. They were Precision employees. Their work was clean, precise and professional.
