They have a good service, but the product is no quality and expensive. They install new garage door opener for 16 months ago, I have to call them back to repair and the parts is no warranty to cover.

Excellent service. The technician, Chris C., was early and finished ahead of projected time. Did not try to up sale. Provided options and corrected my issues. Bailed me out by fixing on a Sunday. This is my second service call with firm. They are very professional and would gladly call them again.

Fabulous service! Friendly, knowledgeable inspection of our old (broken) door - clear alternatives laid out. Hugely helpful installation service that went that extra bit above and beyond that will make me want to call them back next time. (And FAST!!!!! Our new garage door was up and running about 24 hours from the time we first called! OK, OK, I know everybody is not lucky enough to have a last-minute cancellation fall into their laps like that, but...)

This is the 2nd time I have used Precision in the last couple of years. They are very professional, and I have had 2 great techs work on my garage door and related problems.
