Extremely Expensive. I do not want to wait over the weekend to leave the car out. So, I had the job done. Only 1 hr. work. Door did not go up more than 8 inches, replaced Tension springs, both end bearings.$1,312.00.

John LeFevre took time to explain several options with pros and cons including pricing. Cost was meaningfully lower than estimates from other companies. Our garage door opener broke after 22 years and upon calling Precision Garage Door Service, the office gal, Aliysia was able to get a technician scheduled for us early the next morning. The technician, Travis Boone was prompt, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable with the issue and the new install. I was experiencing issues with the sensors on my garage door. I booked an appointment with Precision Garage Door. They came the next morning. The technician looked at my door for less than 30 seconds and told me that there was a "fuse issue" with my opener. I told him that it was only a few years old. He immediately presented me with an iPad and told me that I needed a new opener. The two options were $700 and over $1,500, respectively. I called another garage door company and had the issue resolved for less than $200. Extremely shady business practices.

I called expecting to schedule an appointment sometime in the next week and was pleasantly surprised when they offered me a technician within the next hour! We had Ricky Sanchez out to take a look at our 24 year old garage door opener. He arrived on time and was friendly and professional. He quickly was able to determine that our current opener was at the end of its life. He gave me a thorough set of options that covered everything that would be needed to replace my opener including the costs and differences in each level. We proceeded with what was considered the best option, which included a full replacement of our garage door opener and included a lifetime warranty on the opener itself along with a 5 year warranty on all electrical and a one year warranty on all gears. It also came with a keypad that was mounted outside the garage door and could be used to open the door with a code. Ricky was able to completely replace my 24 year old garage door opener in two hours. The finished product is simply perfect. I never knew my garage door could open so quietly and smoothly. The work was done promptly, professionally, and he cleaned up everything when he was finished. He spent a fair amount of time showing us the new features of our spectacular new system and answered any questions we had. The entire experience was pleasant and painless, which I found very refreshing. I highly recommend Ricky Sanchez and Precision Garage Door Service to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and professional experience.

New garage door purchase couldn't have gone smoother. Connor the tech who installed the new doors and motor was awesome. Did a great job and went through everything at the end with me.
