From my first meeting with Andy I knew I would get the help I needed. He was able to keep my door working till I could get the new one. All the staff kept me well informed right up to today when my door was installed. Jonathan & Caleb were right there today & did a great I was impressed with their courtesy & knowledge. I am very pleased with my whole experience. The office was great letting me know I was not forgotten & what was happening. All & all you have a great group of people. I will definitely recommend Precision. TY

We called Precision Garage Door because our garage door came off the rails suddenly and we couldn't get it to close. Called their 24/7 line and Chris came the next morning and got it to close and then a couple of days later, Jonathan came out to replace the garage door. I liked that their response time and service were prompt, both men were courteous and professional, and they gave you a call 30 minutes to let you know they are on their way.
