Of course on a Friday, late afternoon, my garage door malfunctioned and wouldn’t close. I called the business that installed the door, left a message, but they didn’t return my call. So I called Precision Garage Door. A person picked up on the first ring, took my information, and scheduled me for a 4-8pm service window. Their technician, Richard McCann, showed up within the hour and fixed my garage door in 15 minutes. He was awesome! He was very nice and very knowledgeable. I’ve already told my neighbor about Precision and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you.

Luke did an outstanding job - took a little over 2 hours and the price was resaonable. Now my garage door works smoothly with out the jerky motion I've had for years. The broken spring was a blessing since I now have a good working door without the noise. Luke did a professional job and I'm well pleased.

This is the third time I have used Precision Garage and once again they did not disappoint. They came the same day to address my garage door issues. Evan asked questions to understand our garage door problems, performed a through assessment, noted the problems as well as recommendations. He was very clear on pricing and once the job was complete, he reviewed what was done and answered my questions. High praise for this company and Evan - he is great at what he does.

Jason did a superb job troubleshooting the issue. He accurately adjusted the reversing sensors so that they are exactly the same height, and tested performance. The previous company we used did not do weekend service, which we desperately needed/wanted.

Hi! Thank you for the kind words, feedback and insight. We appreciate you sharing, taking the time and providing our team a review with feedback. We love to hear it! Thanks for the support at Precision Garage Door Service!
I first called Custom Door who originally installed our garage door and I was not pleased with the receptionist or the fact they could not come for 4 days to replace the rubber at the bottom of our door. I then called Precision and the receptionist Francesca was very helpful and they were able to come that day. Surprisingly the cost was about the same for each company. Precision's repairman Austin arrived and placed the new rubber on the door. Precision definitely won my confidence.
