Our main spring broke on Sunday and our garage door was closed and unable to be opened. Through a referral, I was in contact with Precision and scheduled an appointment for 8am Monday morning. Aaron showed up right on schedule, as I was making room for him to replace the spring. We rescheduled for later in the day after I had cleared enough room, and again he showed up right on time at 4pm. He explained again what NEEDED to be done, and recommended options to prevent other problems with the old door. We decided to go with all his recommendations, which included a 5 year warranty on parts and labor. He was done in about an hour and the door is smoother and quieter with all the new parts than it was before. Aaron was pleasant, professional, and very knowledgeable about all he did, and explained everything and the reasoning behind his recommendations. I absolutely recommend Precision Garage (and Aaron) to everyone I know, whether it's an emergency repair or just a checkup and maintenance on their systems to prevent anything bad from happening.

I had the tune up package done on my 18' Wayne Dolton garage door. New rollers were installed and the door was greased and balanced. Unfortunately the technician could not change my lower rubber door seal due to it being a Wayne Dolton door (strange). So I will be going directly to a Wayne Dolton technician for that. While the price at Precision is always the highest in the area, the work , service, quality is also one of the highest in the area.

Tech was great. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Problem was diagnosed and parts ordered. Due to hidden or unforeseen issues door closer needed to be replaced. Closer replaced in minimal time. Very good company to deal with.

First time I used Precision and I would not hesitate to use them again. I called on a Saturday not expecting someone to answer but was pleasantly surprised they did and further, they could have someone come on Sunday. Precision Garage Door was professional, efficient, and courteous in all aspects, from scheduling to service. The garage door technician, Aaron, did a masterful job, replacing the damaged spring, brackets, and rollers of my worn out garage door. From inspection, to quote, to finished product, it took less than two hours. Best of all, I no longer have to worry about a garage door not opening and closing; now it works like a charm.

The service call today was to perform routine maintenance and to make a minor adjustment to the closing position. I called to schedule an appointment and was told that a technician was available today! The technician sent a text message that he was enroute. I had requested the tuneup service that included replacing the door rollers but upon examination of the door and rollers the technician advised there was no need to replace the existing, high quality, rollers. The technician completed lubricating, an inspection, and adjusting the closing position. The service call was completed in less than an hour. All contacts with Precision personnel were pleasant and responsive.

Aaron provided quick and quality service. My garage door has had no issues for 17 years which is astonishing but it stopped working a few days ago. Aaron explained what needed to be done and explained why. It needed rollers, springs, safety cables and pulley cables. He is very professional and finished in a timely manner.

The main spring on the garage door broke after about 14 years of operation. I went online at about 6am and scheduled an appointment, saying that I needed to get my car out of the garage that day. A very personable serviceman (Aaron) arrived on time and was very methodical and efficient. He replaced the broken spring and several other parts that were in a worn condition. Made sure that everything was well lubricated, adjusted and then cleaned up. Everything now works better than before, almost silently and very smoothly. Great job.

Thank you; Precision was open for business on a Saturday fternoon when our garage door wouldn't open. Upon speaking with representative, they would send out service Sunday between 8-10 a.m.! Received text that Aaron would be arriving shortly, and did receive confirmation by phone from Aaron. He arrived by 8 a.m., and our garage door was repaired within 1 hour time! Thank you!
