I like the fact that Precision Garage Door Service gave me an appointment on the same day. The technician called me to verify if coming a little early was ok. Once the technician finished the estimate, I was very happy with their honesty. He stated I only need one garage motor instead of 2 as the previous technician from another company had quoted me. Instead of replacing the 2nd garage motor, technician advacied me the opener was getting stuck due to being dirty. Thanks ti technician Aaron for the great job he did. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service for their work ethic and honesty and not over charging the customer for additional work not needed.

Aaron was very nice, friendly, explained everything he had done, and answered some questions I had. Prompt arrival and finished in about an hour (had an issue beyond routine maintenance.) They were running a special on the check up ($79) and we felt it was worth it. Highly recommend these folks.

Our main spring broke on Sunday and our garage door was closed and unable to be opened. Through a referral, I was in contact with Precision and scheduled an appointment for 8am Monday morning. Aaron showed up right on schedule, as I was making room for him to replace the spring. We rescheduled for later in the day after I had cleared enough room, and again he showed up right on time at 4pm. He explained again what NEEDED to be done, and recommended options to prevent other problems with the old door. We decided to go with all his recommendations, which included a 5 year warranty on parts and labor. He was done in about an hour and the door is smoother and quieter with all the new parts than it was before. Aaron was pleasant, professional, and very knowledgeable about all he did, and explained everything and the reasoning behind his recommendations. I absolutely recommend Precision Garage (and Aaron) to everyone I know, whether it's an emergency repair or just a checkup and maintenance on their systems to prevent anything bad from happening.
