We have dealt with Precision for many years and always been pleased. They installed a door for us many years ago and have done preventitive maintenance in the meantime. Most recently our garage door was damaged. Precision representatives arrived promply to remove the damaged door and to order a new replacement. I especially want to commend John Lefevre who constructed a temporary cover for the garage entrance to protect the garage until the new garage door arrives. I was first impressed by your ratings so I gave you a call and within 15 minutes. I had a scheduled appointment for your technician to come out for an estimate. Two hours later, he was here, he was very pleasant, very professional, and very knowledgeable. He took all the measurements we discussed my plan and he said he would get an estimate back to me probably by this afternoon. I look forward to the next step. Have not had any actual work performed as of now.

I met with John LeFevre this morning about installing a new steel garage door in the future. John was friendly and professional. I felt no pressure, and John brought up a few points some of which I hadn't considered. When I made my appointment, I was on the fence about having a new door installed, but after talking with John, I will certainly move forward with the purchase in a few months.

My new Haas garage door, LiftMaster belt drive opener and exterior keypad were installed today and I couldn't be happier. From start to finish, my Precision Garage Door of Raleigh experience was first rate! Sales John Lefevre explained exactly what would be done and office coordinator Kayla Paschal kept me informed all along the way. Installers Jaxon Fisher and Connor Fisher were pleasant, professional and efficient. They answered all of my questions, finished the installation in just over 2 hours, and left the site clean as a whistle. Kudos to the entire team!
