Technician Evan Kopel arrived early, which worked out well for us. He was courteous, efficient, and knowledgable. This is my second experience with Precision after we had a motor and belt drive installed in September 2021. The previous owner, prior to 2017 also used Precision. I will not hesitate to recommend Precision and Evan Kopel to my friends and neighbors.

Precision Garage Door Company, who istalled two beautiful garage doors last year, and came out to my home promptly when I called to report that one door, having been giving me fits with opening and closing over a couple of weeks, suddenly through-off a piece attached to the metal framework. That’s when I called the company and they responded the next day. When does THAT ever happen?! Evan, the technician who arrived to put all back in order, quickly saw the problem and solved it, while teaching me a few things about the doors. He was excellant — personable, friendly and perservered to arrive in heavy rain, being stalled on the highway behind three traffic accidents. I couldn’t have asked for a more responsible and excellant response to someone as clueless about mechanical things as I am! Thank you, Evan and Precision Garage Doors!

I would highly recommend Precision for any garage service. I was able to schedule an appointment last minute (next day) online, which was great! The tech, Evan Kopel arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through several options to replace my garage motor and rollers/hinges. We even discussed payment options without being pushy. We had a new garage door installed by Precision a few years ago. I am very pleased to say that it functioned perfectly. We had an incident where someone backed into the door causing damage and I called Precision. An individual named Evan came out the same day I called. There is no question that Evan was experienced. He did an absolute EXCEPTIONAL job and I appreciated his professionalism and knowledge. Needless to say, I would recommend Precision Garage door to anyone who was in need of repair or a new garage door.

My garage door was broken and would not open. I schedule on-line at 10pm and the technician (Evan) arrived at 815am the next morning. The door was repaired and in 'new' operating condition by 1030am. Fantastic service! Thanks

When the spring broke, my first thought was to call Precision. The ads on TV were helpful. I called Saturday morning at 9:37 and got an appointment for 1:00-2:00 which was much appreciated. Arrived on time and completed quickly completed repairs. Evan was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He explained what needed to be done to replace the springs, pricing, etc., and then made the repairs.

The technician, Evan, was outstanding. He first researced the problem so, based on the age of the doors, he could make appropriate repair and service recommendations. He not only efficiently repaired the door, but also make good and appropriate recommendations for the other door, to help prolong the life of the doors and prevent or at least reduce the chance of future problems. He shared several options, explained them thoroughly and did not try to "upsell" us. We were able to select the best option that fit our needs and budget. The doors both now open and close almost inaudibly. Highly recommend Precision Door as they gave the same thorough service late on a Saturday afternoon as they would have given if we had been the first service call on a Monday morning.

Precision was very quick to get someone out to check out my garage door. Evan was very competent and pleasant. I purchased my belt drive motor model from them 3+ years ago. I certainly recommend them.
