Evan was great! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. While their price was slightly higher than another quote I received, it included a couple more things that I needed. I replaced a 26 year old chain drive opener with a belt drive and the noise reduction is night and day - It's almost silent! I had Precision over a couple years ago to replace my door springs and bearings, and I trust them to do things correctly the first time.

This is the third time I have used Precision Garage and once again they did not disappoint. They came the same day to address my garage door issues. Evan asked questions to understand our garage door problems, performed a through assessment, noted the problems as well as recommendations. Great experience - we needed a more quiet door opener. I called on Tuesday and they were here Wednesday afternoon (they could have come Tuesday afternoon!) - Evan was prompt, thorough, and explained all of our options. Unfortunately we cannot leave a positive review since we needed to cancel our service 12 hours later and were told that our deposit would be kept. The springs were claimed to be custom made (however we have since discovered that they were standard)

Today was my first experience with Precision Garage Door Service and it was excellent. I was dealing with an unreliable and outdated garage door motor which was causing significant inconvenience and major disruption with access to our garage bay. At breakfast time I made an appointment online with Precision and within three hours a garage door technician was in my driveway. Please note that this response was on Saturday July 4th and the heat index was nearly 103 degrees! Evan Kopel listened to my concerns, asked probing questions, and offered credible options to solve my nagging problem. We chose a course of action and he immediately initiated steps to address my needs. In just three hours he completed his work, educated my wife and I on use of our new equipment, and masterfully exceeded my expectations by performing high-quality work, clear communications and very professional and personable customer service. I highly recommend PGDS, and Mr. Evan Kopel, for performing garage door repairs!

A spring broke on our garage door. Evan, the technician, did a great job of replacing the springs as well as replacing worn parts (door is 30+ year old). When he was done, the mechanism works better than it has in years.

Maintaining our garage doors through Precision has been a positive experience. Precision installed the garage door system with the previous owners, and it has been a great continuing relationship. Our model is one that they are phasing out as replacement parts are too expensive and difficult to obtain. All considered, they work hard to maintain our system so we don't have to do a full update.
