Quick response to concerningly sound coming from our garage door. Scotty arrived ahead of schedule, diagnosedproblem immediately, replaced faulty part and issue was resolved. Scotty is personable, professional and knowledgeable. Explained issue and made repair pretty quickly. Definitely would recommend again!

They did a terrific job, and particularly Scotty. He quickly diagnosed the root cause of my belt breaking, and replaced the rollers with a better quality roller, as well as the proper spring to relieve tension on the door. Extremely satisfied with the professional approach.

Made service appointment for the day following a holiday weekend for a “hung-up” garage door. My 2 hr. service window actually began ahead of schedule which was great. The assigned technician, Mr. Scotty Johnson, was very polite, knowledgeable and informative. Explained problem and fixed it in a relatively short amount of time. If/When needed again, will call Precision.
