Excellent response to initial inquiry. Rep came as scheduled, maybe a little early. Rep was very thorough and professional by providing complete information about opinions, prices and recommendations. Excellent presentation Precision has an excellent website. However, we did not select Precision due to substantial difference in cost of project.

Ricky was great. We had him fix our garage door and had noticed that the one that wasn’t broken hesitated lifting. He saw the problem and fixed it for us. Installed a new motor on the other garage door. Prompt, excellent service.

Had a spring break on Saturday morning and wanted to get fix in a timely manner. I called to see what my options were and was told it could be done the same day. The technician Ricky called when he was on his way and gave us an ETA. He did a great job and explained everything. It was family night for us and a lot was going on but we are happy that we could get it fixed. We appreciate their attention to customer service and detail. Thank you!

Everyone at Precision Garage Service was friendly and wanted to make sure my problem was corrected the same day. Ashley arrived within a few hours and we discussed that new garage door openers made sense since the existing ones were over 12 years old. The old opener started opening and closing on its own and acterd very erratic. Couldn't trust that if we were away. Ashley was very professional and explained everything that was going to be done. I knew the cost before he started. I'm glad that we could support a local Wake Forest business. Thanks again for your prompt help. Certainly will tell our friends.

I came home from picking my boys up from school, hit my garage door button in my car and it didn’t open. I went inside the garage and tested it out a couple of times and it still didn’t open and at one point I saw a piece break off of the chain so I immediately knew something bigger was wrong. I did a quick Google search found Precision and I chose them because they had a lot of high level reviews. They did not disappoint. They sent a technician, John Patton out the very next morning. He evaluated both of my garage doors and clearly articulated the issue on the main door as well as my single car garage door. He laid out our options, we chose the one that was best for us and he proceeded to install both new openers in about 90 minutes. He also took the time to walk me through How both garage door openers work, Showed me how to download the app, connect everything and even programmed both of my cars to open the doors. We have a very busy life so we’re always looking for reliability and efficiency with any company we choose and Precision checked all the boxes. I highly recommend them.

Extremely dependable service provider. Travis was our service technician who personifies the business name 'Precision Garage Door Service'. He takes the time to understand the issue and then goes about correcting it. They provide a scheduled day and time for service, then confirm, followed by a call the day of and then a call from the tech indicating his arrival time. They say what they will do and then they do it. Great service/people to work with.

We were pleased with the service we received. What we thought was just a small problem turned into a thorough inspection of our entire garage door and all it's components. We received recommendations based on our needs and budget. We were not pressured into getting any additional service, but we did opt into having some parts replaced to avoid an invite that problem in the future. We were given tips to keep our garage door working for the next 15 years. Very polite, timely, and communication was very good.

Really appreciate the top quality work of Precision Garage doors. They have an exceptional team (John - Sales, and Jaxon and Connor - installation). We replaced our garage doors and we found Precision to have a reasonable price, and a knowledgeable and friendly team that does exceptional work. We also appreciated the great customer service and the communication from ordering to installation. We also had one small issue that needed to be addressed and they were out the next day to resolve it. Overall a great experience.
