Spring broke so looked online for repair company. Several came up but Precision look and easy online appointment scheduling made choice easy. Scott arrived and was thorough and easy to talk to. Gave me several options and explained very carefully what was involved with each. He worked efficiently and in a short time i had a working garage door again. It operated much more quietly than before so that was a great side benefit.

Precision provided timely and professional sales and installation. Our 30 year-old door and spring mechanism failed, trapping one of our cars in the garage. Tim McRae (technician/salesman) came out that afternoon, helped me get the car out of the garage and showed me my repair and replacement options. Edward Morales, lead installer, arrived the next afternoon with a new door and spring mechanism. The installation went smoothly and we are very pleased with our new insulated door. I'm happy to recommend this service.

We were very satisfied with our experience. We had a garage door malfunction that occurred at 3:30 PM on a Saturday afternoon, in which the door was halfway closed and jammed so that we could not get our cars out. I went to Precision's website which was easy to use to schedule service that same afternoon. The technician arrived as scheduled, was knowledgeable and courteous and diagnosed the problem quickly. He gave us a quote for the work to repair the door with options. We elected to go with the "best" option because our door was old and had not been serviced in a long time. He completed the repair work that afternoon and our garage door was up and running again.

Called at 230p and service tech arrived at 5p on the same day. He knew exactly what the problem was and had it fixed in minutes. That kind of service is standard for these folks. A few years ago I called at 9a and by 5pm that same day they had installed two new garage door openers. Great products, great folks.

Had an excellent experience with Precision Garage Door Service. They were immediately responsive when I called after 10:30PM on a Friday night, scheduling me for between 8 and 12 the next morning. By just after 8AM, John called to let me know he was on his way. John was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, explaining in clear language what was wrong, my options for repair, and how much it would all cost. He also patiently answered all my questions about repair and maintenance. By 10AM, the garage door was fixed, I could get my car out, I'd gotten my Saturday back, and I have a 3-year warranty on the work to boot. I highly recommend Precision and will be using them in the future when needed! Thank you, again, John!
