My research included a Better Business Bureau search of this company where they have an impressive A+ rating. My expectations were exceeded from the start of my online chat about scheduling an appointment for garage door maintenance. I received an immediate response confirming they could assist with my maintenance request and was offered availability within two days. On the day of appointment the technician, Aaron Sweet, called to advise of his anticipated 45 minute arrival. I also received an email with Aaron's photo advising that he was on his way. I really appreciated that personal safety feature. Aaron was friendly and professional.He explained what the service appointment would entail. He said the garage door, springs and opener were in good condition and recommended two year inspections. He showed me that the rollers were worn. I asked for, and he gave me the replacement cost. He went a step further and also provided a total cost invoice prior to starting the work so that I would be completely informed. The inspection and work took less than 30 minutes. I confidently and highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

I was optimistic that calling this company would save me some time and I would pay a fair price for repairs to my overhead door. Joke is on me. I had to pay $100 (trip charge) just to get a quote for $1500 to replace torsion springs and rollers. “Labor is only $150 though.” SMH. I’ll do it myself this weekend. Disappointed because I know how much the materials actually cost. Smoke and mirrors sales game.

The spring on my garage door broke over the holidays so I went on the Precision doors website and scheduled a 10am appointment for 1/2/25. Fast forward to 1/2 about 5 after 9 Andy called me to ask if they could come about a half hour early which was great for me. Andy and Aaron explained everything that needed to be done and offered up options including the minimum to get my door working again as well as other options to ensure long trouble free operation. Once we settled on what I wanted they went straight to work. The repair took a little under 2 hours and my garage door has never been smoother or more quiet. Andy and Aaron were true professionals, I highly recommend using Precision Door for your garage door needs.

I had broken springs repaired11/10/24. Called Precision and was promptly scheduled for repair. Paid $1,300 for the repair. More expensive than I remembered for previous repairs over the years, but I chose not to get additional quotes for repair. Evening of 12/10/24, I came home and closed the garage door. As the door closed, the door came of the tracks and failed to close properly. Upon closer inspection, the door had also pulled at the bracing between the top of the door and the connection to the garage door opener chain. Obviously, I called Precision to get it checked out again. I had also recalled the tech saying he had adjusted the tracks during the initial repair. I assumed as a courtesy. When I chatted online and called directly, I explained prior service and the current issue. I would have expected, given such a recent service and at such expense, I would have been told we will get someone out asap to take a look. Dissapointed that I was obviously chatting with and speaking to a scheduler who was just giving me the next available time. The soonest that would work was days later. Contacted another Company and they came out with hours and got the door functioning again. Icing on the cake was the tech saying I had paid twice what they would have charged to replace the spings. Just left an overall bad feeling

We called Precision Garage Door because our garage door came off the rails suddenly and we couldn't get it to close. Called their 24/7 line and Chris came the next morning and got it to close and then a couple of days later, Jonathan came out to replace the garage door. I liked that their response time and service were prompt, both men were courteous and professional, and they gave you a call 30 minutes to let you know they are on their way.

My technician Evan arrived on time, explained what needed to be done, as the door had to be manually open took a little time, however he worked quite quickly. Collected the used parts. Yesterday Andy Maynard and his assistant arrived to address a problem with my garage door operation. I briefed them on the current problem and the past history of door services. With that information Andy inspected the door system and provided me with several proposals to resolve the issue. I questioned him on each proposal and choose the one that best suited me. At no time did I feel pressured to go one way or the other. After the decision was made they went right to work and had the job done in short order. I was impressed with Andy's knowledge and his willingness to listen to and answer all my questions.

Today I heard a beeping and found it was the garage door battery. I called your company and a technician, Scotty Johnson, was here within a couple of hours.
