Andy did such a fantastic job. He explained exactly what was wrong with our garage door, what we needed and what we didn’t. He even gave us options for what needed to be done now versus later. We were very impressed by his professionalism and genuinely great attitude. Thank you, Andy!

I had broken springs repaired11/10/24. Called Precision and was promptly scheduled for repair. Paid $1,300 for the repair. More expensive than I remembered for previous repairs over the years, but I chose not to get additional quotes for repair. Evening of 12/10/24, I came home and closed the garage door. As the door closed, the door came of the tracks and failed to close properly. Upon closer inspection, the door had also pulled at the bracing between the top of the door and the connection to the garage door opener chain. Obviously, I called Precision to get it checked out again. I had also recalled the tech saying he had adjusted the tracks during the initial repair. I assumed as a courtesy. When I chatted online and called directly, I explained prior service and the current issue. I would have expected, given such a recent service and at such expense, I would have been told we will get someone out asap to take a look. Dissapointed that I was obviously chatting with and speaking to a scheduler who was just giving me the next available time. The soonest that would work was days later. Contacted another Company and they came out with hours and got the door functioning again. Icing on the cake was the tech saying I had paid twice what they would have charged to replace the spings. Just left an overall bad feeling

We called Precision Garage Door because our garage door came off the rails suddenly and we couldn't get it to close. Called their 24/7 line and Chris came the next morning and got it to close and then a couple of days later, Jonathan came out to replace the garage door. I liked that their response time and service were prompt, both men were courteous and professional, and they gave you a call 30 minutes to let you know they are on their way.

My technician Evan arrived on time, explained what needed to be done, as the door had to be manually open took a little time, however he worked quite quickly. Collected the used parts. Also I had asked him about replacing the door He gave me the options between repairing & replacing, all in all I am happy with his work

Richard did a great job. Knew exactly what the problem was within a few seconds of looking at the garage door. Fixed it better than what it performed like before we drove into the bottom of the door as it was opening throwing it off kilter. Fixed a couple of bends the kids put into the tracks over the years with skateboards etc. 100 percent would use them again and will be requesting Richard.

On Friday March 1st, my wife and I were leaving for Florida, partly for a vacation and partly to leave the house empty for an Open House managed by our real estate agent. As i was backing out of the garage i failed to notice that the right rear passenger door was open, and I backed into the garage door frame, damaging the door track and now unable to be closed. We called precision from our car who came within 3 hours of our call. They, long with our great agent and a neighbor, diagnosed the problem and arranged for a final repair the following Monday. Precision worked cooperatively with the agent and our neighbor to make sure the repair was done! Hats off to Precision for exceptional service!

Richard did an amazing job! He was out at our house within 18 hours of us calling to say our garage door wasn’t working, and he had it fixed in an hour. He went above and beyond to give us all the options and was honest about what we needed and what could wait. We will definitely be calling Precision for any garage door issues that come up in the future. They are prompt, extremely knowledgeable, honest, and kind. After calling the install vendor and another company that was also listed on the garage door I was unable to get a service person until Monday or Tuesday. I finally called a friend about 3:50 and they recommended Precision and their service is spectacular! I went to the website and actually used the “chat” feature and understandably the first available appointment was not until Monday morning. I explained the situation of how my husband was headed out for an appointment, pushed the garage door button and the spring broke and the garage door is so heavy we couldn’t get the cars out and our garage door is one of those doors that weighs so much you really can’t use a release button and just push it up. The “chat” then told me about the emergency option and fee and how they could have someone out between 6-10 pm. Evan from Prevision called me about 5:15 said he would be at the house in 25 minutes and he arrived before 6! He was compassionate, asked questions, and was so good at informing me of my options in getting the door repaired. Evan said the repair time would be about an hour. Evan finished within the hour, explained my warranty, shared my statement, I paid and he shared his business card, a sticker for Prevision (of course we put it on the garage door and removed the other stickers)and headed out! Thank you Evan! You made a not so happy experience much easier to handle with your excellent service skills. ~Jackie

I was optimistic that calling this company would save me some time and I would pay a fair price for repairs to my overhead door. Joke is on me. I had to pay $100 (trip charge) just to get a quote for $1500 to replace torsion springs and rollers. “Labor is only $150 though.” SMH. I’ll do it myself this weekend. Disappointed because I know how much the materials actually cost. Smoke and mirrors sales game.
