My house was built in 2013 -- garage door itself is like new and not the problem but the hardware associated with it over time failed (normal wear and tear usage). Spring broke late evening and I called (Holly) at Precision she was excellent, listened to my problem and scheduled me for the next day. Chris arrived in a timely manner after calling me per my request 30 minutes prior to arrival at my home for the repair. He not only identified the obvious broken spring but visually showed me other areas that needed immediate attention (very in depth visual inspection and eye opening to myself). Replaced everything recommended by this very knowledgeable Technician and Very Satisfied with the out come. Chris not only made my door operate smoothly and quietly that day but gave me a (FREE) eyes on inspection 1 year from the date of repair to insure all repairs were holding to their value. Being retired military (cross the T's dot the I's) and working currently at a major car dealership (Facility Manager position) -- I was impressed at the training and knowledge of every department I delt with at Precision -- High recommendation of this company to anyone that needs any garage door service, repair or replacement. THE PRICE WAS JUSTIFIED TO THE AMOUNT OF REPAIR -- Thank You Presision

Thank you; Precision was open for business on a Saturday fternoon when our garage door wouldn't open. Upon speaking with representative, they would send out service Sunday between 8-10 a.m.! Received text that Aaron would be arriving shortly, and did receive confirmation by phone from Aaron. He arrived by 8 a.m., and our garage door was repaired within 1 hour time! Thank you!

Met technician Ricky Sanchez at a neighbor's house doing a garage door repair. He took the time to discuss my door issues and I gave him a call several months later. Excellent service, very professional, performed the services as discussed in a timely manner. He took the time to explain what my options were in very simple, understandable terms. We recently contacted Precision Garage Door Service for help with a garage door that wouldn't close. From first contact on the phone right through the problem being fixed, they were a pleasure to work with. The technician who did the repair, John Patton, arrived promptly on the same day, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed in no time at all. He was professional, courteous and provided us with multiple service options with estimates for each so we could decide which one fit our immediate needs as well as our budget. Tim McGraw showed up on time and was very professional. I stated my concerns and he walked around the garage door listening for the issues I explained. He stated he could do the work I was wanting but explained to me that the door I had would never be quiet. His integrity was above approach. The service industry needs more Tims. He could have told me anything he wanted and I wouldn’t know any better but he didn’t. Precision Door remains my go to for any garage door concerns. Thank you for sending Tim.

Andy did a great job and came very quickly which I really appreciate. The reason I gave only 3 stars was that the price seemed very high for what was done. When I called, they told me it would be a $95 diagnostic fee and if they had to do work, that fee would go toward the cost of the work done. The diagnostic feel included an inspection of our doors. I was fine with that. Turns out they only apply the service fee if the cost of the work is $250 or more. So it was $95 for the call plus $150 which is the minimum for any work done. They may have said that and I just missed it but either way, that seemed very high. I would have expected the $95 plus the difference between the $150 and would have been pleased. As it was, I felt a little bit deceived and taken advantage of. I would use them again as they do provide good service but would be more selective in what I use them for.

Called for service in the afternoon and they were here promptly the next morning. Service Tech Tim Mcrae was awesome. Very professional, did a great and thorough job. Explained everything he was doing and took the time to show me the parts that were bad and why they were bad. I am a do it yourselfer and didn't want to mess with door springs. Tim took some extra time and gave me a lot of tips on garage door maintenance and things to look for. Excellent experience.

From my first meeting with Andy I knew I would get the help I needed. He was able to keep my door working till I could get the new one. All the staff kept me well informed right up to today when my door was installed. Jonathan & Caleb were right there today & did a great I was impressed with their courtesy & knowledge. I am very pleased with my whole experience. The office was great letting me know I was not forgotten & what was happening. All & all you have a great group of people. Technician Evan Kopel arrived early, which worked out well for us. He was courteous, efficient, and knowledgable. This is my second experience with Precision after we had a motor and belt drive installed in September 2021. The previous owner, prior to 2017 also used Precision. I will not hesitate to recommend Precision and Evan Kopel to my friends and neighbors.
