Rick, the technician, was great, professional, very efficient and arrived earlier than expected. I’m a bit soured on how the price of the spring and installation went from a emailed quoted price of $262 to my actual cost of $464. The spring that was replaced can be purchased on line for $34 to around $75. Rick took all of about 15 minutes to complete the installation. So, in total I would estimate that the total time on site was around an hour. Unhappy with the inflated cost. I shouldn’t have been so lazy and should have replaced the spring myself.

He took his time looking over everything and made great suggestions for us to consider. He repaired all of hinges and replaced the rollers. He did an outstanding job.
