****Update Gary the owner called me and he did right by giving me money back. I had my garage door opener replaced. The technician could not believe my garage springs were 20 years old. I asked him if there was anything I need to do, so he takes my can of WD40 and sprays them on the springs. I myself would think that would be something to spray on it. A day later the spring broke. Contacted the tech and he is telling me WD40 is fine to spray on the springs. Then why does every mention of WD40 sprayed on garage springs on Google say you should not. Anyway, he tells me no matter what lubricant he put on them it would have done the same thing, so I told him thank you for making it break sooner than later. For what the technician came out to do originally was a great experience. I had to go with another company to replace the springs. Just was not looking to immediately spend a lot more money to have both springs replaced. A replacement of a garage door opener became extremely costly.

Our garage door spring broke early Saturday morning as well as the bracket that connects to the motor arm. We couldn’t get our cars out. They arrived on time and did a fantastic job!!! I was not aware that my doors moving part were WORE OUT……20 year old garage door and was in bad shape. The moving parts were all actually past worn out…..but they replaced them, showed me why they were bad and also made me aware that prior spring replacement was not done correctly. The prior installed the wrong size spring for weight of my door, that’s why spring kept breaking. New moving part were installed, garage door open and closing inspected and adjusted as needed……and it is so quiet now….sounds like a brand new door. Employees were very nice, knowledgeable, respectful and when finished everything was cleaned up and I was informed of all they did and the warranty that came with my new parts. They also said if anything makes noises or something needs to be looked after…just call them. They strive to answer to calls same day and do most of the time. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone who need a garage door repaired…or replaced!!!

The experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was fantastic. The garage door broke on Thursday morning. I called Precision in the morning. They said the tech Andy would be here between 10 am and 12 pm. Andy called early and asked if could come around 9:30. He was on time. He explained what happened and what needed to be done. The job was completed by11:15. Andy did a great job. I recommend him highly.
