Tim McGraw showed up on time and was very professional. I stated my concerns and he walked around the garage door listening for the issues I explained. He stated he could do the work I was wanting but explained to me that the door I had would never be quiet. His integrity was above approach. The service industry needs more Tims. He could have told me anything he wanted and I wouldn’t know any better but he didn’t. Precision Door remains my go to for any garage door concerns. Thank you for sending Tim.

Ricky texted to say he was on the way to our home. He also called with an ETA. When he arrived he examined our garage door and presented a solution. He worked quickly on the repair and did a milultipoint safety check. When the work was completed, Ricky explained all the interventions . He was polite and professional.

Repairman was very courteous and efficient. I was told when he would arrive and he appeared on time. The repair was performed on the same day I called for assistance. I was offered alternatives on what repairs could be done - a short term solution and a longer term one which had a year’s warranty. The alternative I chose was quickly performed as all needed parts were on the repairman’s truck. I was very much pleased with the service.

Andy did a great job and came very quickly which I really appreciate. The reason I gave only 3 stars was that the price seemed very high for what was done. When I called, they told me it would be a $95 diagnostic fee and if they had to do work, that fee would go toward the cost of the work done. The diagnostic feel included an inspection of our doors. I was fine with that. Turns out they only apply the service fee if the cost of the work is $250 or more. So it was $95 for the call plus $150 which is the minimum for any work done. They may have said that and I just missed it but either way, that seemed very high. I would have expected the $95 plus the difference between the $150 and would have been pleased. As it was, I felt a little bit deceived and taken advantage of. I would use them again as they do provide good service but would be more selective in what I use them for.

Garage door and coil spring broke on Thanksgiving day and still able to make an appointment for first slot on Friday morning. Ricky Sanchez showed up on time, explained the situation, gave a couple options and was able to fix and tune up both garage doors within an hour and a half. Very happy with service and relieved they were able to fix quickly on a holiday weekend.

Online scheduling was a breeze. We were able to get same day service the day before Thanksgiving which was amazing. We received a text with a photo and description of our repair person which was reassuring. He diagnosed our problem, made the repairs, and suggested future potential problems to keep an eye out for. Precision Garage Door Service is fantastic! Our garage door opener died due to some electrical malfunction. I made an appointment with Precision and was able to get a replacement opener installed the same day. Evan, the technician, was both super friendly and knowledgeable. He showed me exactly what broke and, after the installation, he walked me through the process of reprogramming all of the remotes and keypad. Whenever we need anymore work done on the garage door, I will absolutely be calling Precision.

Great guy with an awesome attitude.On time and very professional. He quoted me the price showed me the prices and what it would cost to have it fixed. ...
