Quick easy and painless and got the service I needed in less than four hours for my initial contact. From the point of contact with the dispatch center to working with the technician, it was a good experience . It was not extremely expensive but a little more than I expected, but for me, it was offset by the response time to my initial request . For me that leaves me as a satisfied customer And one that would recommend the service and call back if I had future needs

Great experience from start to finish! The rep/technician, Chris, came the same day that I called. He assessed the situation and discussed options with me. I chose to have both openers replaced, so we scheduled a date for the service. I think he would have done the service that initial visit day, but I decided to do both doors instead of just one, which took more time. He arrived right on schedule the day of the installation and finished in the time frame promised. I'm enjoying my quieter doors that no longer jerk when opening--I couldn't be more pleased!

It’s football season and Andy Maynard scored a touchdown to win the game! Andy did a great job explaining garage door issue and made sure I understood my options on making decisions related to solving the problem. Garage door failed to open due to broken spring. Evan KOPEL showed up early, diagnosed the problem, made several recommendations and suggestions. After approval, all repair finished in less than one hour. Outstanding service and results! Definitely the “go to” firm for overhead doors. You made read reviews that Precision Garage Door is “pricey.” In my experience, the cheap stuff isn’t good and the good stuff isn’t cheap. First rate company to service your garage doors.

Technician Tim McRae informed us that the motor needed to be replaced. He explained the cost and informed us of our options. We will decide in the coming days what we want to do. Otherwise, he was very polite and professional, and we would be happy to work with him in the future should we decide to replace the motor. He explained that the charge for today's service call would be applied against the cost of replacing the motor if we do it within 30 days.

Chris explained the proposed work clearly which enabled me to make the best decision for my needs. Initially my intent was to have the garage door opener replaced with one that has a camera. Chris explained the type available, which was a rechargable and would require my interaction to recharge. I opted to not have the opener changed and remained with the opener that was installed last year when we had a new LiftMaster installed. Today I did opt to have the tuning service for both doors. Chris was very professional and friendly.

I can’t say enough about the excellent service I received from Precision Garage Door service. My garage door failed to open a couple of weeks ago on a late Friday afternoon when I went out to raise it. Upon calling Precision, I was given an appointment for first thing Saturday morning. Andy, the technician, arrived not only on time, but a bit early and quickly identified and repaired the problem. He also took and showed me photos of the motor and the damaged opening mechanism. Andy was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and had a great sense of humor, which I enjoyed. I highly recommend this company!! You won’t regret it!

I was surprised that someone could come out to fix my broken door so quickly, and over the weekend! Richard was on time, called ahead to let me know he was on his way, and explained everything really well including the different options available to fix my system. He resolved my problem and cleaned up his job site before reviewing with me through the work he did. Couldn't ask for anything more. Really pleased with the whole experience start to finish.

Richard came out to my house on a Sunday afternoon and within 45mins he had replaced old/worn/rusted coils and springs and now my garage door works like it's brand new. I recently used Precision Door Service for the first time to correct a problem with my garage door not staying closed. Tim answered the call promptly and came out for a service call that same afternoon. He inspected the entire system and noted some worn parts that would eventually need to be replaced. However, he was able to fix the current problem by making some minor adjustments. It has now been more than a month and the door continues to function properly. I was highly impressed by Tim’s professionalism and competence. In addition his service fee was most reasonable. I definitely will use his company for any future garage door repairs. JNM
