Great experience from start to finish! The rep/technician, Chris, came the same day that I called. He assessed the situation and discussed options with me. I chose to have both openers replaced, so we scheduled a date for the service. I think he would have done the service that initial visit day, but I decided to do both doors instead of just one, which took more time. He arrived right on schedule the day of the installation and finished in the time frame promised. I'm enjoying my quieter doors that no longer jerk when opening--I couldn't be more pleased!

It’s football season and Andy Maynard scored a touchdown to win the game! Garage door failed to open due to broken spring. Evan KOPEL showed up early, diagnosed the problem, made several recommendations and suggestions. After approval, all repair finished in less than one hour. Outstanding service and results! Definitely the “go to” firm for overhead doors. You made read reviews that Precision Garage Door is “pricey.” In my experience, the cheap stuff isn’t good and the good stuff isn’t cheap. First rate company to service your garage doors.

Technician Tim McRae informed us that the motor needed to be replaced. He explained the cost and informed us of our options. We will decide in the coming days what we want to do. Otherwise, he was very polite and professional, and we would be happy to work with him in the future should we decide to replace the motor. He explained that the charge for today's service call would be applied against the cost of replacing the motor if we do it within 30 days.

Chris explained the proposed work clearly which enabled me to make the best decision for my needs. Initially my intent was to have the garage door opener replaced with one that has a camera. Chris explained the type available, which was a rechargable and would require my interaction to recharge. I opted to not have the opener changed and remained with the opener that was installed last year when we had a new LiftMaster installed. Today I did opt to have the tuning service for both doors. Chris was very professional and friendly.

I was surprised that someone could come out to fix my broken door so quickly, and over the weekend! Richard was on time, called ahead to let me know he was on his way, and explained everything really well including the different options available to fix my system. He resolved my problem and cleaned up his job site before reviewing with me through the work he did. Couldn't ask for anything more. Really pleased with the whole experience start to finish.

From initial contact to the time technician Timothy McRae arrived was about an hour...unbelievably quick. Right from the start Timothy was courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and patiently explained repair options. Once I decided on a best course of action for our needs and budget, he began work. I was pleasantly surprised he had all needed items on board his truck (btw a very professional rig). It quickly became obvious he has in-depth job knowledge and is well trained. There was not a single wasted motion or moment during execution of the repair. His demeanor was professional, extremely pleasant and customer oriented. As I was curious about some of the technical aspects of work performed, he explained and satisfied all curiosities. To top it all off, he performed a thorough explanation of the new system and programmed the exterior wall remote and vehicle remotes within what seemed like seconds. From past experience, it would have taken us several hours and perhaps a few phone call to accomplish. The professionalism of Timothy and quality of work performed exceeded all expectations. I called on a Friday night and was thrilled to get an appointment first thing Monday morning. Then over the weekend saw some TV ads and thought damn they are just going to try to sell me a new garage door. Your man showed up up on time Monday morning. Boy was I wrong. He took his time showing me all the issues with my door. Good and bad. Gave me alternatives, never suggesting a new door. I accepted his recommendation.
