Andy and the Eagle fan got my garage door running in tip top shape. I award them both 10 points to Griffindor for quality of the job performed, work ethic, and beard length. I do, however, subtract .05 points for 1/2 of the team being a fan of an inferior football team. Overall 9.5. Would definitely work with again. P.S. Go Cowboys!
Thank you for the positive feedback! We're glad Andy and the team provided excellent service. Your humor about the football teams is appreciated. Looking forward to assisting you again!

Precision Door is quick to answer and solve our garage door problem. The garage door won’t go up automatically. We called in the morning and Paul showed up by 3:30 pm (on time). He is very professional and solved the issue with our garage door (8 years old). In addition, he recommended a new spring system which make our garage door sounds much smoother and works like a new garage system. Definitely recommend this business for any garage door issue.
Thank you for the positive review! We're glad to hear Paul was able to resolve your garage door issue quickly and professionally. Your recommendation means a lot to us. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out.

Had issue with garage door laser, which wasn't working, so we could only close door using a forced close. Our technician, Greg Gray, was awesome! We got same day service, he had replacement parts in his truck, and he took time to fix a poor laser mount situation, which the original home builders screwed up. My wife and I will continue to use Precision!!
Seeing that you had a 5-Star experience is the best thing we could hope for! Your review means a lot to us. Thank you for trusting our company, we appreciate your business. We look forward to working with you in the future if you need us.

Precision Door did a great job. They had an estimator come out to look at our home the same day I called. We talked through the process, the options, the costs and the timing...no surprises. It was a crazy weather day on our scheduled installation day, but our technician Jay showed up and stayed late until the job got done. He noticed a minor imperfection in one of door panels. He didn’t try to hide it, he let me know and took care of ordering a replacement. He still made sure that everything was working and operational before he left. That kind of integrity is not common. Great job! We love our new doors.
Thank you so much for the awesome feedback, we love reading how customers feel about the service they received. Jay is a valued employee and we are so pleased he was able to provide you with five star service. We hope you enjoy your new doors for years to come. We appreciate your business and please let us know if we can help in the future.
