Excellent service from start to finish! The receptionist who took my call was friendly, professional, and made scheduling the appointment quick and easy. The repair technician arrived on time, was extremely thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly before beginning the work. He answered all of my questions, identified the issue quickly, and completed the repair efficiently. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values both great customer service and quality workmanship. I highly recommend this garage door repair service and will definitely use them again in the future!

I called Precision and had an appointment for the next morning. My tech Ricky showed up on time and did a complete overview of my garage and the issue and showed me pricing and quickly fixed the problem. He was thorough and professional. My garage had two broken springs and within an hour it was all fixed and functioning better than before the problem. Great service and very responsive.

I selected Precision Garage Door because they have a local office and responded quickly to my call. I contacted them about a year ago to diagnose my two garage doors and perform some maintenance. Today I wanted to get a quote for replacing my two aging garage door lifter motors (probably original with the house). The friendly service technician, Ricky Sanchez, arrived and explained the various options including pricing. I chose one of the options and he said that he had the new components in his truck and could install everything immediately. I said “great” and he began working on it. In about two hours, he installed the new door lifters, sensors, etc. The new door openers are quieter than the old ones, have motion sensor LEDs to light up the garage, and each one has an internal battery backup that can open or close the doors in the event of a power failure. Ricky answered all my questions and explained how to get the app to control the door openers from my phone. I was originally expecting to have to schedule a separate time for the installation. I am very pleased with the new door openers and the fact that they were installed on the same day!

Prompt response to service request, on time for appointment, Professional and courteous repair person, repaired broken springs and left the garage area clean, provided a check of the other opener system/parts with a written report and answered questions thoroughly. Precision service man arrived in the first 1/2 hour of the scheduled 4 hour window -- a real surprise & blessing. The service man, Andy Maynard, was friendly, professional, clearly knew his business, worked quickly, and was completed with the required work in 75 minutes.
