We have used precision in the past and didn’t realize we were being overcharged by such a large amount. We requested service on 1016 to have two springs replaced on our garage door and the estimate was $1200 which is 3 1/2 to four times more than the second and third estimates that we got for the exact same work. Even though it cost us $95 to have your technician come out there we still saved money. That’s why we did not elect to use your company.

The entire process from booking the appointment to completion of the work could not have been easier. Using the web based app, I was able to make the appointment at my convenience without issue. From there, I was kept informed and reminded of my upcoming service call. The technician Chris, arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He performed his diagnostic check and prepared options for my review. He explained his recommendations and I never felt any pressure to choose one option vs. another. He was able to complete the service call and replace the worn parts. I could not have been more satisfied. I will recommend Precision Door to my neighbors.

We use our garage door as an entry door into the house. It definitely gets some use. Well after 19 years the spring popped one Saturday night. No more garage door. We called Precision to repair a broken spring. We were able to setup an appointment the next day. The service Tech Ricky was timely, friendly and just wanted to make sure we understood all the steps of the process. He gave us a quote which we could do all things he was recommending or just parts. The time to fix was very reasonable. At the end of the repair he walked us through all the things he did. He shows the parts that were replaced and good thing we decided to replace our cables as they were really we’re ready to good. So thanks for the though inspection. I will continue to us Precision for all our properties moving forward.

Exceptional service provided by John Patton, but started with great phone conversation with Customer Service (Ms. Gracia?), followed with informative visit "heads up" message, listing the Technician's name and picture. Our door (installed by other Company, now out of business) was a notch up from the "bare" contractor grade, but the original hardware was cheap, worn out, and causing issues (likely contributing to the spring breakage; the reason we called). John politely and patiently presented us with three clever options, from bare fix (but with better grade components) to complete hardware swap and extensive tune up). We were happy with our selection, and John also left us with professional recommendations, which I will put to use immediately. I specifically requested a "door sticker" and a business card, but certainly will never forget whom to call, when professional-grade service or maintenance is needed. I was able to schedule a same day appointment online to have someone come out and look at our garage door that wasn’t opening. Technician Evan Kopel came out quickly, assessed the issue and offered us a solution. He quickly replaced the springs in the opener and when completed we discussed with him replacing the opener unit which he was able to do on the spot. He was informative and did excellent work. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service & Ethan!

Today I had Richard Sanchez come out to repair the seal on the bottom of the garage door. Last year you had sent someone out, they said the seal was no longer available and had to be ordered, but it was never done. Today Richard evaluated it, came up with a plan to replace it since it was no longer available, and got it taken care of today. He was professional, respectful, and explained what he could do. He then explained and demonstrated to me the periodic maintenance that should be done to keep the door in good repair. I was very happy with the work that was done and especially with Richard.
