Scotty arrived on time, quickly verified the work required, and went through my options, and completed the work in about 30 minutes. While I wish these things were less expensive, I’m happy with the work, and a seven year warranty.

Andy and Alfredo were friendly, knowledgeable and worked very efficiently. They were in and out in under 2 hours for a complete install. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 was the service call fee tacked on even though I went forward with the fully recommended repairs.

First of all, let me compliment your technician, Andy Maynard. He was very friendly and informative. He gave me a couple of good tips for ongoing door maintenance. I really appreciate his help. Secondly, on a different note, I was amazed at how expensive your service has become. My total for a checkup on two doors was over $400 dollars. No repairs were needed or made. Andy was here about 20 minutes. That's $20 per minute. In July two years ago, same doors, same service cost $190. Your price has doubled. I will be reconsidering any checkups in the future and maybe start to get estimates from other door service companies.

Spring broke on my garage door. Contacted Precision and they scheduled me that afternoon with a 4:00-6:00pm window. Tech was in my driveway right at 4. He did a thorough inspection and made two recommendations. One repairing and one complete replacement. I chose the repair and he went to work and completed the repair in thirty minutes. The only reason I did not give 5 stars, is because of the $95 fee to come out to quote and they charge it whether you get the repairs or not.

Our garage door was malfunctioning . The previous owners of our home had left Precision Door information & invoice sheets with us . So we called them . Devon Culver was our tech who came out to inspection & repair . He was very courteous & informative when sharing what the problem was . He also assured us with the details of his inspection on the door itself& he told us it wasn’t a Precision Door. Also the motor running it wasn’t a Precision motor . But it wasn’t from his company , he fixed the problem & assured us that the door was in good shape & all the mechanism was working well . He could’ve just walked away from the whole thing knowing it wasn’t a product from his company but he didn’t. He solved the problem & we were so happy .
