I would give Scotty a a sixth star! Scotty was on time, professional, and called ahead to make sure he had the proper parts. When he arrived, he was knowledgeable about the problem with the trim. Best of all, he had a practical solution. Finally, he offered advice on a surge protector for the motor: a recommendation demonstrating his professionalism.

Garage door was not working. Red blinking light on motor. I was told service charge is $75:00. Scotty came. Touched the bottoms on the motor and reset the motor. He charged an additional$75.00 “ programming fee” for a one minute visit. I thought that service should have fallen within the initial $75.00 service charge. I think $150.00 charge for resetting the motor and one minute visit was too high. I like to hear what everybody else thinks.

Garage doors (2 x single, installed 2015), which were silent since installed, began making increasing noise (popping, clanking, etc.) opening & closing. Call Precision for service which they provided PROMPTLY and professionally. Technician, Scotty Johnson, was knowledgeable, and fully prepared to perform a general inspection and adjustments/tuneup as needed. Doors are now running quietly and smoothly just as they did when installed. Great value!!! And piece of mind!!!
