Desperately needed emergency help (residential) well after normal hours to get the garage (2 car) door functioning again. Called Precision at 7:30 pm and was pleasantly surprised to be able to get an appt for 10 pm that very evening. Richard McCann came to the rescue. Richard assessed the situation quickly, provided options to resolve the problems and once a plan was chosen, was extremely efficient in completing the work by midnight ; ( replaced 2 springs, installed new safety cables, new lift motor and track, etc.) Quite impressive , indeed. I highly recommend Precision ( and Richard) for your garage door repair needs.

We had to have "emergency service" on Sunday when our spring broke. Our rollers were 17 years old and giving out, too. Scotty came out to our house, ahead of schedule(!), to take care of things. He reviewed the various options to help us make a decision. He is extremely knowledgeable and performed the work in an efficient manner. He reprogrammed both vehicles, too. Our door now works great and is much quieter than before. Would highly recommend Scotty.

It is too early to write a review. I have to see if the garage doors work better and if so, for how long. I was very unhappily surprised by the bill, which was three times what I thought I had authorized. Mike, the Service Représentative was knowledgeable and answered my questions. He then recommended new ball bearings for one of the doors. I thought I had authorized $250 to be spent. My husband paid him and told me the bill was $700. That was for two doors ball bearings replacement and a tuneup. That is $450 more than what I expected and absolutely a budget killer. I am not happy. I should have required a written estimate prior to authorizing the work. He should have told us what the total estimated amount would be. Saying « I am not happy » is putting it mildly. Very mildly.

I called yesterday because our garage door was making worrisome noises and sagging. The scheduler offered an appointment the same day but I had to defer it until this morning. Andy called and offered to come early after finishing the prior job sooner than expected, which worked out well. He was very professional and courteous, did an inspection, pointed out a broken spring I had overlooked and other issues, and explained the choices available. I elected to go with every option offered, and two hours later have a well-functioning door with new springs, new rod, new drums, new bearings, new cables, new rollers, new door seal, added bracing, etc. I'm looking forward to many more years of good service from the door, and the price was fair. - A very satisfied customer

Wow. Emailed yesterday (Sunday) morning about a non-urgent matter, wasn’t sure they’d be open the week of Christmas. Got a call to schedule within an hour (despite being a Sunday morning) and had the technician out by 8:30am the next day. Problem turned out to be bigger than expected, required a significant rebuild which was competed by 10:00am. Couldn’t have been more impressed by the professionalism, honesty and efficiency of the process.
