Precision Door provided excellent service with our garage door repair, from timely scheduling of service to the prompt resolution. Richard was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and personable. He took the time not only to diagnose the issue, but to also clearly explain the needed repair details and cost, fix the problem, and perform a thorough check and maintenance of all our garage door systems to ensure continuing smooth operation. Richard also patiently answered our many questions about any future maintenance we could do ourselves. We’ve happily used Precision for our garage door service for 25+ years. The technician sent out today, Ricky, quickly diagnosed the problem we were having with our external keypad, promptly fixed it, taught us how to protect it from future weather deterioration ourselves, and then performed a thorough check of all our garage door components, lubricating every moving part to assure continued smooth operation. We have dealt with Precision for many years and always been pleased. They installed a door for us many years ago and have done preventitive maintenance in the meantime. Most recently our garage door was damaged. Precision representatives arrived promply to remove the damaged door and to order a new replacement. I especially want to commend John Lefevre who constructed a temporary cover for the garage entrance to protect the garage until the new garage door arrives. I found Precision Garage Door's service to be very professional, and their technicians are well prepared for all types of garage door service and repairs. Their website is very user friendly, and they are very punctual in setting up and keeping their appointments. Our technician, Luke was very well trained, answered all of our questions and did an amazing job on our 22-year-old garage door. Additionally, he was very personable easy to talk to and also demonstrated all of his work to us before leaving our home. Ricky Sanchez was the service tech that came out and installed a new door opener along with other ancillary parts for our small door (8' x 8') (see Invoice 964949008). He explained what he was doing and why in a coherent manner and we are happy with his work.

Our technician Ricky was great! We needed a couple small things done + a tune up. It was not a big job, but Ricky treated us like it was.
