I called Precision at 7:30 in the morning after our garage door chain snapped when my husband was trying to leave for work that morning. The lady who answered the phone was kind and courteous, and she was able to schedule a technician to come to my house that same day between 8-12. Mike O. called when he was on his way and was at my house by 9:15 that morning. He was great to work with. He educated me on all my options as far as solutions to our problem and costs for each option, but I didn't feel pressured by him when making a decision. He wasn't just trying to sell me on something, but he gave me the details and then allowed me to choose what was best for us. He installed a new motor and openers, and he made sure I was able to program everything and sync it all up before he left. He was respectful and kind, and just overall a nice person to work with. I really appreciated his professionalism and his ability to explain everything and help me choose the best option. I also am so thankful for the speed in which Precision was able to get someone out and help us, as our garage door is so heavy to try to open and close manually! I would definitely recommend Mike O. and Precision to my friends!

I choose Precision because of past experience. They are reliable and always provide courteous service. We have been a customer for almost 20 years now. Our technician Greg was excellent. He explained the various options and packages for repairing the door problem. Greg also recommended a surge protector, which I thought was ideal given the number of storms and power outages.

My install couldn't have been better. Shane is a likable guy that did the installation without a hitch. We really needed it done because our garage contents were exposed due the my daughter taking out the original door by bad driving. John Lefevere wrote up the order. He is a great representative of Precision Doors as well. (I left another review but keep getting prompted to leave a review.)

Greg was awesome and extremely helpful! Our garage door disconnected somehow from the lift a few nights ago and we were unable to use our garage. I was able to connect with Precision late last night and Greg arrived this afternoon! Awesome experience, quick diagnosis, fixed our issue promptly and efficiently. We were well-pleased with our experience with Precision Garage Door Service. Greg Gray was our technician and he phoned and left a detailed message regarding his arrival time. He was prompt and thorough in his inspection process and gave a detailed analysis of our needed repairs. He analyzed the situation with our exterior pad not connecting to the remote after a new one was installed. It now works flawlessly. We would highly recommend Precision Door to anyone needing repairs or maintenance of their garage doors.
