Greg was awesome and extremely helpful! Our garage door disconnected somehow from the lift a few nights ago and we were unable to use our garage. I was able to connect with Precision late last night and Greg arrived this afternoon! Awesome experience, quick diagnosis, fixed our issue promptly and efficiently. Top notch work and customer service!

We were well-pleased with our experience with Precision Garage Door Service. Greg Gray was our technician and he phoned and left a detailed message regarding his arrival time. He was prompt and thorough in his inspection process and gave a detailed analysis of our needed repairs. He analyzed the situation with our exterior pad not connecting to the remote after a new one was installed. It now works flawlessly. We would highly recommend Precision Door to anyone needing repairs or maintenance of their garage doors.

Precision is the best. Andy Maynard did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem and making recommendations of what he could do. I am very happy with the outcome. I had a spring break and knew I also needed my door serviced and was considering upgrading from my noisy chain drive operator. Scotty arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. He explained every detail of what he recommended and why. He took time to see if I had any questions and completed the job perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with his work and the new operator. I purchased the Lift Master 8550WLB DC BATTERY B/U BELT DRIVE WIFI. Even though it was a bit pricey I feel I definitely received top notch service and a top of the line operator. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.
