Andy was the technician that came to our house. He was very professional, explained things well and was quick! We had a broken spring and they were able to come out the very next day. He replaced a few other things (rollers) that were showing wear and tear and it's almost as if we had the whole thing replaced... it's so quiet now! :) I'd definitely recommend them.

Rick, the technician, was great, professional, very efficient and arrived earlier than expected. I’m a bit soured on how the price of the spring and installation went from a emailed quoted price of $262 to my actual cost of $464. The spring that was replaced can be purchased on line for $34 to around $75. Rick took all of about 15 minutes to complete the installation. So, in total I would estimate that the total time on site was around an hour. Unhappy with the inflated cost. I shouldn’t have been so lazy and should have replaced the spring myself.

We were so impressed with Precision Garage Door. Starting with our technician Luke. He was extremely professional and could not have been nicer. He took his time looking over everything and made great suggestions for us to consider. He repaired all of hinges and replaced the rollers. He did an outstanding job. I would without reservation recommend Precision Garage Door for your garage door needs. We appreciated the quick response to our issue and the courteous customer service representative that answered the telephone on Sunday evening.
