Service appointment for install of new garage door opener. Technician Richard McCann arrived gave full explanation on the new opener and garage door which was a great help. Service was quick and efficient and he had any part on the truck to complete the change. Very pleasant technician and great business. I’m will be sure to use them again should the need arise. Recommend this business.

I called Precision Garage Door Service with a question and concern regarding our garage door opener. They scheduled a technician to come the next day. I appreciate that we were sent a text with our tech's picture and bio so we knew who would be coming to our house. Ryan A was our tech. He also called when he was on the way and gave us an estimated time he would arrive. He found the problem right away and our door is now working beautifully. Thank you Ryan and Precision Garage Door Service for the great work and we appreciate that our concerns were handled so quickly.

Will not use this company as they want to sell you everything under the sun. Indoor has a broken spring and they refuse to fix just the spring. Try to sell me on $1,800-$3000 worth of work. No thanks. I’m a small business owner and know this is outrageous.

A spring broke on our garage door. Evan, the technician, did a great job of replacing the springs as well as replacing worn parts (door is 30+ year old). When he was done, the mechanism works better than it has in years.

Called out on Easter Sunday to repair main garage door which stopped working. Technician (Ricky) clearly explained the issues and offered suggestions for correcting the issues. Wound up replacing the springs and head unit on the main door. Cleaned everthing up and provided assistance in reprogramming the outside pad and and in car links.

My house was built in 2013 -- garage door itself is like new and not the problem but the hardware associated with it over time failed (normal wear and tear usage). Spring broke late evening and I called (Holly) at Precision she was excellent, listened to my problem and scheduled me for the next day. Chris arrived in a timely manner after calling me per my request 30 minutes prior to arrival at my home for the repair. He not only identified the obvious broken spring but visually showed me other areas that needed immediate attention (very in depth visual inspection and eye opening to myself). Replaced everything recommended by this very knowledgeable Technician and Very Satisfied with the out come. Chris not only made my door operate smoothly and quietly that day but gave me a (FREE) eyes on inspection 1 year from the date of repair to insure all repairs were holding to their value. Being retired military (cross the T's dot the I's) and working currently at a major car dealership (Facility Manager position) -- I was impressed at the training and knowledge of every department I delt with at Precision -- High recommendation of this company to anyone that needs any garage door service, repair or replacement. THE PRICE WAS JUSTIFIED TO THE AMOUNT OF REPAIR -- Thank You Presision

My garage door stopped opening while the motor kept trying to lift it. I called Precision and scheduled a service call. Richard McCann was the technician that came to the house next day and right on time. I described the problem to him and he knew exactly what the problem was (broken spring). He provided several different options to complete the repair and was ready to complete the job the same day. Richard was very professional and transparent about what needed to be done and explained the multiple options in great detail. Thank you; Precision was open for business on a Saturday fternoon when our garage door wouldn't open. Upon speaking with representative, they would send out service Sunday between 8-10 a.m.!
