Easy to schedule the appointment online and with plenty of confirmations by email and SMS to confirm appointment and provide arrival ETA. Andy M., the technician, was courteous, professional and explained everything in terms that were easy to understand. He made short work of the repairs (new spring, cables and bearings) and routine maintenance of our other garage door.

Technician Evan Kopel arrived early, which worked out well for us. He was courteous, efficient, and knowledgable. This is my second experience with Precision after we had a motor and belt drive installed in September 2021. The previous owner, prior to 2017 also used Precision. Immediate appt. the next morning, totally positive experience. Aaron Sweet called first thing in the morning to confirm the appt. He evaluated the replacement situation and fixed the door quickly. Our assigned technician, Garrett, was very easy to work with, clearly explained his assessment and helped me in making an informed decision on how to proceed with the needed repairs, which he completed in a very short amount of time!
