Technician Evan Kopel arrived early, which worked out well for us. He was courteous, efficient, and knowledgable. This is my second experience with Precision after we had a motor and belt drive installed in September 2021. The previous owner, prior to 2017 also used Precision. Immediate appt. the next morning, totally positive experience. Aaron Sweet called first thing in the morning to confirm the appt. He evaluated the replacement situation and fixed the door quickly. He answered several of my questions and also stapled two wires to secure them in place. Overall was an unexpectedly pleasant experience. Thanks!

I was overall very pleased with the service received. Our assigned technician, Garrett, was very easy to work with, clearly explained his assessment and helped me in making an informed decision on how to proceed with the needed repairs, which he completed in a very short amount of time! In addition, he was even able to arrive earlier than the scheduled time block!

My research included a Better Business Bureau search of this company where they have an impressive A+ rating. My expectations were exceeded from the start of my online chat about scheduling an appointment for garage door maintenance. I received an immediate response confirming they could assist with my maintenance request and was offered availability within two days. On the day of appointment the technician, Aaron Sweet, called to advise of his anticipated 45 minute arrival. I also received an email with Aaron's photo advising that he was on his way. I really appreciated that personal safety feature. Aaron was friendly and professional.He explained what the service appointment would entail. He said the garage door, springs and opener were in good condition and recommended two year inspections. He showed me that the rollers were worn. I asked for, and he gave me the replacement cost. He went a step further and also provided a total cost invoice prior to starting the work so that I would be completely informed. The inspection and work took less than 30 minutes. I confidently and highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

I was optimistic that calling this company would save me some time and I would pay a fair price for repairs to my overhead door. Joke is on me. I had to pay $100 (trip charge) just to get a quote for $1500 to replace torsion springs and rollers. “Labor is only $150 though.” SMH. I’ll do it myself this weekend. Disappointed because I know how much the materials actually cost. Smoke and mirrors sales game.

I had broken springs repaired11/10/24. Called Precision and was promptly scheduled for repair. Paid $1,300 for the repair. More expensive than I remembered for previous repairs over the years, but I chose not to get additional quotes for repair. Evening of 12/10/24, I came home and closed the garage door. As the door closed, the door came of the tracks and failed to close properly. Upon closer inspection, the door had also pulled at the bracing between the top of the door and the connection to the garage door opener chain. Obviously, I called Precision to get it checked out again. I had also recalled the tech saying he had adjusted the tracks during the initial repair. I assumed as a courtesy. When I chatted online and called directly, I explained prior service and the current issue. I would have expected, given such a recent service and at such expense, I would have been told we will get someone out asap to take a look. Dissapointed that I was obviously chatting with and speaking to a scheduler who was just giving me the next available time. The soonest that would work was days later. Contacted another Company and they came out with hours and got the door functioning again. Icing on the cake was the tech saying I had paid twice what they would have charged to replace the spings. Just left an overall bad feeling
