John did an excellent job. Builder had used nails to secure wooden suport for the arm of the opener and cross bar holding the springs, which of course pulled out over time. He lag bolted the suport and, unfortunately, wound up replacing the unit itself due to exessive wear. He even lag bolted the same supports in the detached one car garage to ensure the same issue woud not happen there as well. As a smart opener, John was also very helpful in sinking all up with our wifi and MyQ app. Extrememly courteous, professional and helpfull!

I got my invoice and it had charges for two spring coatings, and a new chain. It was not relayed to me why I needed two coats and the technician said the garage will be loud because he had to bend a link in the chain. I don't understand why if I got a new sprocket system, chain, and coating for all of those things why it would still be loud. Why if it is a new chain did any of the links have to be bent? I could've bought a new system for less money then the repair

My garage door was heavy and jammed shut when the tensioner spring failed, causing my vehicle to be trapped. This created a big inconvenience, if not a bit of an emergency, for me. Precision Garage Door Service was chosen after contacting the original company that installed my garage door system. Original installer only had a voicemail for response. Since they had a large service coverage over the Triangle area, I then called Precision, who answered with a live person and set up a repair visit for the following day. The responding technician, Garrett Yeager, promptly came out during the assigned time slot and had my system repaired and upgraded in a very short time. They were able to dispatch John the same day who came out and gave me a number of options in a variety of price ranges and was able to repair and install my selected choice in approximately 2 hours on the spot. John completely replaced and upgraded my primary drive unit, the belt, the rail, the springs, and all of the rolling hardware, rebalanced the door, and set all of the technology up. John walked me through how everything worked, and made sure the new system integrated with my vehicles and security system before he left. This was probably one of the easiest and most seamless experiences I have ever had. Thank you John!

Lightning struck our garage door opener and fried it. Andy replaced it. I also asked that he replace the springs, belt, rollers, and rubber door bottom while he was here. I was very pleased with his work. He explained everything very well to me, and quickly completed all the work.

Our garage door spring broke early Saturday morning as well as the bracket that connects to the motor arm. We couldn’t get our cars out. They arrived on time and did a fantastic job!!! I was not aware that my doors moving part were WORE OUT……20 year old garage door and was in bad shape. The moving parts were all actually past worn out…..but they replaced them, showed me why they were bad and also made me aware that prior spring replacement was not done correctly. The prior installed the wrong size spring for weight of my door, that’s why spring kept breaking. New moving part were installed, garage door open and closing inspected and adjusted as needed……and it is so quiet now….sounds like a brand new door. Employees were very nice, knowledgeable, respectful and when finished everything was cleaned up and I was informed of all they did and the warranty that came with my new parts. They also said if anything makes noises or something needs to be looked after…just call them. They strive to answer to calls same day and do most of the time. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone who need a garage door repaired…or replaced!!!
