John did an outstanding & fantastic job for us today. Their technician recognized the issues after a brief inspection and repaired the damaged section with ease! With only minor damage, other companies wanted to replace the entire door with one that did not match, also have us wait 3-4 weeks, and charge over 3 times as much!

The spring on our garage door broke and we called out Precision to repair. Instead of replacing with a new spring assembly, we elected to go with two new garage doors. Everyone at Precision was professional and courteous. They removed the existing doors installed the new doors, ensuring they were working properly and left it in a clean condition. Scheduling was easy - Aaron Bean was our tech. He arrived on time with an appropriate call ahead to confirm when he would arrive. Aaron inspected the door and made fair “good, better, best” recommendations. Our repair was done right then as he had all of the parts on the truck ready to go. Since the service, the door moves quietly, even better than when it was first installed. The parts Precision uses are clearly top quality and the work comes with warranties. I highly recommend this company for value, professionalism, and quality.

I chose Precision Garage Door Service because of their excellent reviews online! It was very easy to schedule an appt and describe the issues I was having. John Patton was my technician and he was very professional and knowledgeable! He was able to identify the problems and offered several solutions with pricing differences. Ended up needing new springs and also got new rollers. Discovered the motor was also burned out unfortunately for me. He explained everything in detail but let the final decision be mine which I respected. He was fast but very thorough! He was also patient with me when helping me download the “My Q” app and walked me through every step. Highly recommend him and this company! Top notch!!!!!
