I noticed the door would not close the night before. I called to see when someone could look at it. I was on the schedule for the next morning. Richard was out at the house early the next day; diagnosed the problem; and went to work on the issue. He rebuilt the opener. He was very familiar with the unit and in a short time the opener was fixed. Super job. Very friendly. You guys are great. thanks

We have used Precision before and were very pleased with the outcome. Saturday was no different. Tim was to come after 4p. He got a job done ahead of time and offered to meet us at 10:30a. He was prompt in arriving, diagnosed the problem in seconds and had the repair done in thirty minutes..on a Saturday. Oh, and a very friendly lad to boot. Good reputation and product. Both Scotty Johnson master technician and Edward Morales, installer were very professional and very capable of a great job. Edward completed both the new door and motor assembly installation without any issues. Job well done.

For Evan to only put a long tube type of thing above the garage door, and was here maybe 1 hrs. I felt like I was over charged . Yes the problem was solved for 641.00. I wasn't to happy . I felt like he got over on me. Thanks

The tech did a fine job for our door, the only thing out of line is the price of the springs. Over $400 for two springs is over priced compared to the market on line or from the box stores. The only problem I have is there is a sharp squeal when raising or lowering the door which I would like fixed. Other wise, no complaints. Great fast service in basically an emergency situation. Thank Garrett for me, He's a keeper.
