I Googled garage doors and Precision was at the top and had 5 stars so I felt comfortable in contacting. When I called, a VERY NICE woman answered and addressed my questions easily. I am elderly thus so appreciated she spoke clear English ! I was surprised and pleased that she could send someone to my home that day. # Mr. Page Ellison was the estimator who came. He was friendly and very kind. I appreciated his knowledge as I knew nothing about garage doors. His genuine kindness and expertise is why I decided to buy a new door instead of having a neighbor try to reshape my damage.

Garrett came out to the house to replace a snapped spring. He was on time, professional, and explained different costs for repairs or optional upgrades for my consideration. I went with the spring repair for now but will upgrade at some point in the future. Garrett had all the parts available on his truck and was quick and efficient with the repair work. He shared the estimate for the work and a final invoice with pictures and an explanation of the repair. He was a really nice and friendly guy. I will request that he come back when we decide to update our older garage door system based on the experience and professionalism.

I contacted Precision Garage Door late on a Friday around 4 PM after my garage door stopped working. They scheduled me for the next morning with an 8AM–12PM arrival window, which I really appreciated given the short notice. The technician, Aaron Sweet, texted me ahead of time with his ETA and arrived as promised. From the start, Aaron was personable, professional, and honest. He walked me through several repair options, clearly explaining the pros and cons of each without any pressure. I had done some research beforehand, and nothing Aaron shared felt surprising or misleading — it actually confirmed that I was getting accurate information. As someone who enjoys DIY projects, I really appreciated that Aaron was completely comfortable with me observing his work and asking questions along the way. He explained each step in a way that made sense, and I came away feeling confident that I could handle some of this on my own in the future if needed. Aaron’s proficiency and skill were obvious — he clearly knows what he’s doing. If the rest of the team at Precision Garage Door is operating at Aaron’s level or higher, then this company is absolutely worth recommending. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door, and especially Aaron Sweet, for quality service, professionalism, and an overall outstanding customer experience.

My technician was John Patton and he was phenomenal! My garage door is horrendous and John went over it with a fine tooth comb and showed me the damage and stressed the importance of safety with regard to repairing/replacing the door. Very fast service. I called in the morning and a service man arrived at my house around 2P.M. He diagnosed the problem, gave me a price to fix it and about two hours later the job was done and my garage door is now working like new. Amazing.

Garage door stopped working on Thursday at 2pm. Wouldn’t go up or down. Called Precision Garage Door Service who had technician Garrett Yeager at my home at 6:30pm. Garrett replaced tension springs, spring shaft bearings, and rollers in under 2 hours. The overall cost was reasonable too. Great timely service by a knowledgeable professional technician. Highly recommend Prevision Garage Door Service for garage door repairs and installations.
