Chris showed up today to take a look at our 27 year old mechanics because our sensors weren’t working and preventing the door from closing. He presented us with several options including a complete garage door replacement. He didn’t pressure us to make any decision over another. We went with an option replacing our motor, sensors, and adding an external keypad for our home. About an hour later Chris had completed all of the work including a tune up to the remaining existing equipment. The appointment and repairs were all done same day and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Definitely recommend these folks for all your garage door needs.

I called Precision to schedule an appointment to replace our garage door opener and was informed that a service tech could be available later that afternoon! TJ arrived, discussed the situation, made a recommedation and before 5 PM that same afternoon our new operner was installed and operating as expected!!! We love the motion light switch on the wall mount opener as well as the light in the opener. TJ did a great job....took all the old parts and packing materials with him when he left....there was nothing to clean up.

Great experience from start to finish. I was able to get an appointment for the very next day, and the technician actually arrived early. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to identify and correct problems caused by a poor installation from another company. Everything is now working properly, and I’m very satisfied with the quality of the work and service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing garage door repair.

Replaced my entire garage door system as the one original to my house finally decided it was time to call it quits. My initial consultation was fantastic. They answered all my questions, and there was absolutely no pressure to go with their company, nor were there any attempts to upsell me on anything. After our order finally arrived, they arrived before our window estimate and had the whole system replaced in only a few hours. Would definitely call them again if I needed a new door or service in the future.

I scheduled a consultation to see if my garage door could be modified to increase the amount of overhead clearance space available. Page and Greg were the representatives who I met with. They asked about my needs, took measurements and brainstormed different solutions to my issue. Ultimately they informed me of a very simple fix of how my garage motor could be adjusted and they offered to make the adjustment for me on the spot free of charge. Their graciousness saved me a lot of headache and time on YouTube University trying to learn how to donut myself. I had Precision come out for a repair on my garage door. The technician was very nice, but the prices I was quoted were extremely high and for items that ultimately didn't need to be fixed. The repair they performed didn't fix the issue. I had to use a different company that came out and did the repair for a much lower price and told me the things I was quoted for by Precision weren't necessary.
