John Patton was super! He is confident, courteous, respectful and listened to what we had to say. He took the time to explain and answer all our questions. He is a true professional who cares about his customers. With the information he provided we were able to make a decision on a door opener and door that we are very comfortable with. I chose Precision Garage Door Service because of their excellent reviews online! It was very easy to schedule an appt and describe the issues I was having. John Patton was my technician and he was very professional and knowledgeable! He was able to identify the problems and offered several solutions with pricing differences. Ended up needing new springs and also got new rollers. Discovered the motor was also burned out unfortunately for me. He explained everything in detail but let the final decision be mine which I respected. He was fast but very thorough! He was also patient with me when helping me download the “My Q” app and walked me through every step. Highly recommend him and this company! Top notch!!!!!

Service for my garage door was done.. charged me 79.00 dollars for a 10.00-12.00 garage door opener ( a 60.00 dollar up charge). The technician was pleasant with trying to sell other services. The service charge is outrageous also, very expensive.

Tim Yeager has that unusual combination of being both personable and professional. Nobody wakes up hoping that today is the day for a new garage door but having said that Tim took the sting out of it through his kindness and competence. The experience with the call center was also a good one. All in all I would highly recommend these fine folks!

Great experience from start to finish. We use our garage as the primary entrance to our home, so the garage door is a high-cycle door. When it failed, I called Precision of Raleigh. The woman who took my request for strand repair was very good, and thorough, and was able to give me an appointment the next day that fit my schedule. John P., the technician that worked on my door was awesome. He knew his craft and was proficient at it. He kept me informed all the way through, and in little over an hour, I had new high-cycle springs, new rod bearings, new rollers, both drums reset, and channels fine tuned. Very satisfied with the results. If you want it done right with quality materials and workmanship, this is the place to have it done.

Precision repaired my garage door. They were able to fit me in on the same day I called. I was so happy about this especially since my neighbor, who called a different company, said she had to wait almost a week for the other company to fix her door. The repairman from Precision was prompt, professional and did an excellent job.

Aaron was our technician. He was professional and came out very quickly from the time I made an appointment. He fixed the problem and answered all my questions. He also installed a keypad on the outside. Thanks for your help and we will use again!
