I prayed first and asked God to help me in the process of finding the right door company. Precision was the first of 3 selected. I had done some research and generally expected a certain price range. Their sales rep John was attentive to our needs of slightly odd size doors, checked with his supplier to make sure they could deliver, wrote an estimate on site which was very important to me. Called him after 2 days, he responded quickly, we wrote contract, paid deposit. In 2 more days we had email from Sophia, doors were ordered and scheduled install date. I confirmed with her the odd size which she replied in email. Doors arrived as scheduled. Luke and Edward were the installers. They were Precision employees. Their work was clean, precise and professional.

Tim came out to check my garage door shutting to hard. It needed springs and some other issues. He did a great job. I was impressed he had the springs and other materials on his truck . He did not have to come out another day because he did not have the equipment or materials. Would definitely call him back if needed . Represented the company well .

We discovered our old door opener wasn't working in the morning and Brandon came right out to take a look. He quickly figured out the problems and gave us a list of recommended repairs. He also took a look at our other door while he was here and realized it needed similar maintenance. He worked quickly and ended up installing a new opener for us that is MUCH quieter than our old one. Before leaving he made sure all our remotes, keypads, and car buttons were programmed and functioning well. He was very knowledgeable and friendly throughout the whole visit. I will absolutely call Precision again if we ever have garage door issues again!

My experience with Precision was exceptional. They came to fix my problem the same day I called. The technician GREG who fixed my problem was very professional in the way he handled the issue. I called today and Mike Grove was sent out and he arrived by 2 PM. I am blown away by the speed with which Precision Door responded to my needs. I was not expecting same day service! I was quite impressed with Mike, his knowledge and his skill and speed in repairing my garage door.
