Excellent service today by Evan!!! I called at 8:30 am and Precision had a technician here by 10:00 am. Our spring busted over the weekend, with a car inside. Evan was prompt, polite and explained everything thoroughly. He went over and beyond helping me move a few things to gain better/safer access.

I prayed first and asked God to help me in the process of finding the right door company. Precision was the first of 3 selected. I had done some research and generally expected a certain price range. Their sales rep John was attentive to our needs of slightly odd size doors, checked with his supplier to make sure they could deliver, wrote an estimate on site which was very important to me. Called him after 2 days, he responded quickly, we wrote contract, paid deposit. In 2 more days we had email from Sophia, doors were ordered and scheduled install date. I confirmed with her the odd size which she replied in email. Doors arrived as scheduled. Luke and Edward were the installers. They were Precision employees. Their work was clean, precise and professional.

Best experience in a long while. Opened the garage door this morning - not. Inspected and found I had three springs instead of the two I was expecting. Well, one had actually become two. Called the Durham office and was connected with a very personable dispatcher who set me up with an appointment same day. RC just left impressing me greatly with his knowledge, ability, his attitude, and surprisingly, his ethical base as well - I wish the world had more folks like him in it.

Tim came out to check my garage door shutting to hard. It needed springs and some other issues. He did a great job. I was impressed he had the springs and other materials on his truck . He did not have to come out another day because he did not have the equipment or materials. Would definitely call him back if needed . Represented the company well .

We discovered our old door opener wasn't working in the morning and Brandon came right out to take a look. He quickly figured out the problems and gave us a list of recommended repairs. He also took a look at our other door while he was here and realized it needed similar maintenance. He worked quickly and ended up installing a new opener for us that is MUCH quieter than our old one. Before leaving he made sure all our remotes, keypads, and car buttons were programmed and functioning well. He was very knowledgeable and friendly throughout the whole visit. I will absolutely call Precision again if we ever have garage door issues again!

Greg Gray came on a Friday afternoon. It took him less than a minute to diagnose my stuck (down) garage door and come up with a plan. He went right to work and had my door opening and closing with one finger in no time at all. During my entire interaction Greg was extremely polite and took the time to explain what needed to be done and how he was going to do it. I will definitely be using Precision for all my garage door needs going forward.
