Richard did an amazing job! He was out at our house within 18 hours of us calling to say our garage door wasn’t working, and he had it fixed in an hour. He went above and beyond to give us all the options and was honest about what we needed and what could wait. Evan Kopel showed up at our appointment time, he fully explained three good options for our old garage door opener. He installed a new garage door opener, new keypads, and tuned up the existing roller and rail system. After the install, he took me through instructions on how to use it all and even programmed my jeep for me. He also gave me his number in case I had any questions after the install. My garage door Lift Master system was installed by some fly by night installer. It never worked correctly and he never called me back. After 2 years of garage door not closing all the way or slamming the concrete, or not closing on bright sunny days (interfering with “seeing sensor”) I said “ Enough is enough”. I called Precision door in Cary, NC. Evan Kopel arrived the same afternoon!!!!! He was definitely a very skilled Tech with Lift Master and garage doors. He fixed everything from reprogramming the door opener, adjusting the spring tension correctly, changed the wheels on the track, adjusted the width of the tracks and most importantly, set the “seeing sensors” back about 6” on both sides! This eliminated the sunshine issue!! Evan Kopel is the best Tech I’ve met. He explained what was wrong and provided ideas on how to fix the issues! Thank you for sending Evan out to remedy my garage door issues!
