When I called for service, they were able to schedule me within a very short time period. When I found out I would be home a few days early, they were able to reschedule for the same day. The technician called when they were on their way and showed up promptly. I was told parts were not available for my current opener and they would have to replace it, which they did within an hour or so. They even programed my car and a 2nd remote that I had on hand within seconds that would have taken my husband an hour or more to do based on passed experience. I really appreciate the professionalism that Chris provided. Thank you!
