Evan did a great job on repairing our garage door yesterday, and he made good recommendations on what I might have him do to create a quieter closing door. He gave me an estimate on how long the job might take, and he was accurate to the minute! I’m very pleased that I called Precision on Thursday night after one of the springs snapped, and Evan is a great representative for your business. I highly commend and recommend Evan and Precision for this work!

John Patton was the technician assigned to our service. He was right on time, assessed our needs and explained options and recommendations. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I am the type of person that wants to watch and try to understand what work is being performed. Not only was John okay with me being present He explained what he was doing and never slowed down from getting the job done. He was one of the "best" service technicians we have ever dealt with. He is most definitely an asset to the Precision Garage Door Company. I will absolutely recommend him and your company to anyone needing the services you provide. Would give him more than 5 stars if possible.

I have been using the services of Precision Garage Door for a number of years. This company always provides EXCELLENT customer service, from setting a same day appointment to the highly skilled technicians that are on the team. Today, my garage door would not work. I was able to schedule a same day appointment. Andy, the technician, reached out to me to let me know that he was on the way. Andy was extremely friendly, professional, and put me at ease by explaining every detail of the work that was needed to get my door working again. Precision Garage Door is fortunate to have Andy on the team! Top quality products were used and fair prices. I never felt "up-solded" in any way. I loved the quick response to my garage door issue .Justin the technician was at my house the same day I called . He quickly diagnosed my problem and fixed it . He even went out of his way to fix something else with my transmitter . In short this a good company with quality technicians.

I’m not happy at all. I called Precision thinking I would pay the $75 trip charge and would get my garage door motor fixed, but was told it would cost me $149 to put in a new circuit board because I had already ordered it straight from Liftmaster and their were no guarantees it would work. They said I could pay $600+ for a new garage door motor with a 4 year guarantee, so I just paid the $75 trip charge and did it myself. The commercial for Precision looks grea and professional, but I wasn’t impressed with the customer service I received.

Went through Angie's List and Precision called us back first. Mike was able to come out within a few hours, check out our issue and give us an estimate. Although I thought it was a high price, we needed to get the garage working again so we said ok. Mike was extremely pleasant, helpful, professional and worked hard. We then asked about installing a garage door opener and again the price of the unit was very expensive. Although we didn't get a second quote, which we all know we should, we were very happy with the outcome. Like I said, Mike was an awesome technician. But I do think the price of this job was steep although I have nothing to compare it to. Thanks!
