One of the easiest interactions I have had from a business. Scheduled on line for next day service, (My garage door cable broke), the Technician, John, showed up on time and discussed the options with me. He completed the work and I am 100% satisfied. Thanks John for the great work !

We had a very good experience with Precision Door Service. We needed urgent repairs on Sunday, and Richard McCann was our technician. He was prompt, walked us through everything that had to be repaired and explained each step thoroughly. He was also very kind, courterous, knowledgeable and professional. We have had repairs and installations previously by another company, and Precision is second to none. We will definitely call Precision again for any future garage door services needed. Thank you!

Our garage opener decided it had enough on a late Friday afternoon, of course. Called Precision and was given an appointment for the next morning. We were assigned John P. who proved to be thoroughly professional, knowledgeable, personable and efficient. He quickly addressed the problem and provided us with three options, had all the necessary equipment to complete the job on his truck and proceeded to replace every component sans the door within 2 hours. He also provided us with a clear and concise rundown of the operation of the system before leaving. We were thrilled to have the repair completed so smoothly. We cannot speak to the reasonableness of the cost since we did not solicit any other estimates. However, we were very pleased with our overall experience with this company and would highly recommend them.

I met with John LeFevre this morning about installing a new steel garage door in the future. John was friendly and professional. I felt no pressure, and John brought up a few points some of which I hadn't considered. When I made my appointment, I was on the fence about having a new door installed, but after talking with John, I will certainly move forward with the purchase in a few months.

Called them for garage door check as it was making noise. They made sure that I was happy with the work done.

I chose to use Precision Garage Doors based on recommendations of family and neighbors. I was very pleased with the service. The company texted me a picture of Edward the service man before he arrived which he did well within the appointment times. Edward was friendly and knowledgeable and efficient. He did a great job of cleaning up afterwards including taking my old garage door away. He very patiently explained the new door, remotes and keyless entry. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors.

Have used before...but wasn't positive of your company's name. I called the 1st name that sounded familiar. The person answering my call was friendly, courteous and professional. When he asked about my email address I knew it was the same place I had used before. Thanks for giving a door sticker this time. Please give the techs business cards. Again, Scottie was great. HERE when he said he would be, knowledgeable, quick and cleaned up after himself.

When one of our garage door motors needed replacement, I asked for Scotty Johnson right away as he had done previous work for our other garage door. He was prompt, efficient, and professional as usual. I would definitely ask for him again for any future garage door needs.

John Patton did an outstanding job replacing our old header unit. He was done in an hour and now our garage door doesn't wake up the neighborhood when we raise or lower it. He was polite and efficient, and professional.
