Scotty did an excellent job repairing my garage door. It used to be so loud that when you closed the door you could hear it down the street and now it’s working better than ever and is very quiet. I appreciated he took the time to explain what was happening with the different parts and presented a few options for level of repair. The estimate that was provided was accurate to the end price.

Very good process and install was great...Doors are high quality and extremely quiet with the new motors, tracks and nylon rollers. Only constructive criticism would be communication on the day of the install for arrival time. We all have busy schedules, so a large arrival window is not ideal.

After that, they made the repair quickly and when they left even though it was more expensive than I initially thought it would be I was very satisfied that I had a good job, that would last years beyond a less expensive service.
