I could not believe that I got someone out SAME DAY and they were competent and friendly and fixed the issue on the SAME day! I called another place first and was told 4 days after digging thru their phone tree for over 5 minutes. Andy and another man showed up in no time and did a great job. Garrett showed up on time and analyzed the problem and offered a solution based on his findings. Unfortunately he could not fix it that day and needed to order a circuit board. Precision kept me informed and Garret came back as soon as the part arrived. That did not fix the problem but allowed him to further analyze what was bad. Once he arrived at the fix, he was able to source the replacement unit from the warehouse that day and fixed the problem. Garrett was very thorough and focused and had a very pleasant demeanor and professional approach. Thank you.
