Precision Door more than satisfied today. I was closed in my garage with a completely broken drive belt. Mike Grove saved the day. He spent 3 hours pleasantly replacing all the mechanisms on that door and also on our second door when he checked it and found it about to completely break too! The best part was the time Mike spent teaching us “old folks” how to operate the updated equipment! We have used Precision for years to repair and add things. They come as soon as they can.... always that day. Their workmanship is 5 star and the clean up thorough. I always recommend Precision. And today, I can’t say enough about Mike Grove... super nice guy too.

Andy was my technician that came out to the house to fix my garage door opener. Andy was on time, very knowledgeable, very friendly, very efficient and speedy, very upbeat and bubbly, and just a great person to talk to. He correctly diagnosed the problems with my garage door opener immediately. I really enjoyed talking to him. He explained the issues with the garage really well and gave me a bunch of options for repair. He’s the reason I will call precision regularly for my garage needs. Andy was simply outstanding. I could not have dreamed of better service than that. I give Andy 5 stars easy. He was just spectacular and I want his service next time I have garage issues.

Our door spring was broken and our cars were stuck inside the garage. We had used Precision before so I called them just after 7am this morning. I gave my details to the person who answered my call and a technician was at our house a little over an hour later. By 9:30am our door was repaired and working again with a five year warranty on the parts replaced. Fantastic service and special thanks to Parker.

We have used Precision for a number of years. We had an issue in getting the door to close. Greg was our mechanic and he was wonderful. He helped us work out the problem. We decided to get a new remote keypad as well which he installed. He did a great job.
